Age Requirement Policy
A guest must be 19 years or older with photo identification and a valid credit card to reserve a room.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting room requests are based on availability and are never guaranteed. The following configurations are possible if the rooms are available at the time of check in only.
Traditional Room with Two Queen beds connects with Traditional Room with Two Queen beds.
Traditional Room Queen Bed City View connects with Traditional Room Queen Bed City View.
Traditional Room King bed City View connects with Traditional Room Queen with double pullout sofa couch City View.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
All guests must present a valid photo ID and be the cardholder of the credit card at the time of check-in. In the event the reservation is a prepaid reservation the same card used to make the booking and the cardholder must be present at check-in.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 19 years or older with valid photo identification.
Hotel accepts dogs weighing less than 80 pounds. Guests must sign a waiver at check-in. Dogs are not permitted in Club rooms, Suites, or Meeting Facilities with the exception of working service dogs. Dogs are permitted in all rooms with the exception of our Traditional King Riverview Room with a Pullout Couch, our Traditional Two Queen Room with a Pullout Couch, as well as the Regal Manor Suite and the Plaza Suite. No late checkouts are permitted for guests traveling with dogs. Dog beds are provided, based upon availability.
All guest and non-guest pool parties and large group gatherings must be reserved with the pool manager in advance. Non-reserved pool parties are not allowed.
A maximum of five swimmers is allowed per hotel room. No additional swimmers are allowed for a hotel room unless reserved with the pool manager in advance of your hotel reservation. All extra persons must be pre-approved and pre-booked with the pool manager. Charges will apply to all additional people.
No outside food or drinks are allowed into the water park. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Health & Well-Being Policies
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 200 CAD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Credit Card Policy
A valid credit card must be presented at check-in. If a guest wishes to pay cash at check-in or checkout, a credit card must still be provided. Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an additional 30% to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until checkout, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. The remainder of the unused funds will be released to the issuing bank to be released per their terms. Most banks hold authorizations for 5 to 10 business days.
Debit/Credit Card Policy
In the event a credit card is declined upon check-in the hotel will allow the guest to check-in with debit card or cash. The hotel will require full prepayment of the room and taxes for the duration of the reservation and a 250 CAD security deposit to cover incidentals (the remainder to be returned to guest upon checkout). The hotel reserves the right to inspect the room prior to returning the deposit to ensure no additional charges have been incurred.
The hotel does not accept credit card authorization forms for payment of guest rooms. The card holder must present government issued photo identification and the credit card must be physically swiped at check-in.
