Located on preferred floors, Sheraton Club guest rooms offer upgraded amenities, free bottled water, and complimentary fitness center access. Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Take advantage of the private Club Lounge where you can connect with friends, meet with your team, or simply relax by catching your favorite TV show. Need to get some work done? A copier/fax/printer and complimentary office supplies are ready to go.
The hotel is 100% compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. ADA-compliant guest rooms are available on the ground floor only. The hotel does not have elevators. Please contact the hotel to make arrangements.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be at least 21 years old to register or stay in a guest room, and must present a credit card and valid form of photo identification upon check-in.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available only to SPG® Platinum members, with a maximum of $50 per day.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room rate plus taxes applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date. Guests will be asked to confirm their departure date upon check-in. Guests may be able to change their departure date without penalty at the time of check-in, depending on the terms of the rate which they have reserved. Any requests to modify the dates of stay at check-in, are subject to the best available rate at that time. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Extra Bedding Policy
Extra beds are available for a fee. Complimentary cribs are available upon request.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift Certificates are available for purchase by contacting our Sales Department.
Pets are allowed. Guest must sign a Pet Waiver upon check-in. Pets must be accompanied by owner at all times on leash or in a crate. Guests will be responsible for costs if excess damage or deep cleaning is required. If damage is discovered after checkout, the credit card on record will be charged.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
The hotel is 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates this policy.
Hotel does offer a waitlist. Please contact the hotel directly to be placed on the waitlist. Guest should provide a phone number and will be called if a room becomes available.
