Dogs under 40 pounds are allowed. Dogs must be accompanied by owner at all times on leash or in a crate. Waiver must be signed at check-in. Guest will be responsible for costs if excess damage or deep cleaning is required. If damage is discovered after checkout, credit card on record will be charged. Cats are not allowed
All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the health club and pool areas of the hotel.
Health & Well-Being Policies
Our hotel is 100% non-smoking. Smoking rooms are not available. There is a $200 cleaning fee if a guest is found to have smoked in a room and will be applied to your bill. If discovered after checkout, credit card on record will be charged.
Checks with valid identification are accepted as method of payment.
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid major credit card and driver’s license. There is a limit of $100 per day.

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
All cash-paying guests will be required to leave a $50 (per day) deposit upon
check-in, which is to cover potential incidental charges (telephone calls,
in-room movies, etc.). Any remaining unused balance will be refunded to
the guest upon checkout.
Debit card users will have $50 (per day) deducted from their account, and the
unused balance will be refunded to the guest. Depending on the bank, it may take
several days for the refunded balance to appear in the guest’s checking
