Sheraton Club Lounge

Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Take advantage of the private Club Lounge where you can connect with friends, meet with your team, or simply relax by catching your favorite TV show. Need to get some work done? A copier/fax/printer and complimentary office supplies are ready to go.

ADA Policy

The hotel is 100% compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. ADA-compliant guest rooms are available. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid identification.

Alcoholic beverages may not be brought onto hotel premises under Massachusetts State Law.

EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy

Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel.  If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN. 

Check Policy

Checks with valid identification are accepted as method of payment.

Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid major credit card and driver’s license. There is a limit of $100 per day.

Connecting Room Policy

Connecting rooms can be requested when making a reservation or at check-in, but are subject to availability, as with all room type requests.

Extra Bedding Policy

Roll-away beds are available. A fee may apply.

ID Requirement

A valid drivers license or passport with photo is required at check-in.

Package Handling Policy

There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.

Pet Policy

Dogs under 40 pounds are allowed. Dogs must be accompanied by owner at all times on leash or in a crate. Waiver must be signed at check-in. Guest will be responsible for costs if excess damage or deep cleaning is required. If damage is discovered after checkout, credit card on record will be charged. Cats are not allowed

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Payment Policy

All cash-paying guests will be required to leave a $50 (per day) deposit upon check-in, which is to cover potential incidental charges (telephone calls, in-room movies, etc.).  Any remaining unused balance will be refunded to the guest upon checkout. 

Debit card users will have $50 (per day) deducted from their account, and the unused balance will be refunded to the guest. Depending on the bank, it may take several days for the refunded balance to appear in the guest’s checking account.

Pool Policy

All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the health club and pool areas of the hotel.

Smoking Policy

Our hotel is 100% non-smoking.  Smoking rooms are not available.  There is a $200 cleaning fee if a guest is found to have smoked in a room and will be applied to your bill. If discovered after checkout, credit card on record will be charged.

Suite Policy

Please reserve suites directly through the hotel.

Voucher Acceptance Policy

Vouchers are accepted.

Hotel does offer a waitlist. Please contact the hotel directly to be placed on the waitlist.
