Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Connecting Room Policy
The hotel has 5 sets of suites that connect to a city view room with two double beds. Connecting rooms are available by request only, but cannot be guaranteed. Please include all connecting room requests in the reservation comment area. For further information, please contact the hotel directly.
The maximum occupancy for any sleeping suite is five (5).
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee will be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Guests staying past 2pm may be charged up to 50% of their confirmed length of stay. Guests staying past 6pm may be charged up to the full rate. Please contact the hotel for further information.
ID Requirement Policy
For security purposes, a valid driver's license must be presented at check-in.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Two pets weighing 40 pounds each are allowed in a guest room with no fee required. The pet must be accompanied by an owner at all times and be on a leash or in a crate while in public areas. Housekeeping may not enter a guest room if a pet is loose in the room (not caged or accompanied by a human). A waiver must be signed at check-in, and guests will be responsible for repairs of excess damage or if deep cleaning is required. If damage is discovered after checkout, the credit card on record will be charged.
Health & Well-Being Policies
Parties in guest rooms are not allowed. We ask that non-registered guests curtail their visits by 11pm to ensure quiet for all of our guests. If you are interested in hosting a party or entertaining during your stay, please contact our Banquet and Sales department.
Pool and fitness center privileges are for registered guests only. Noise is expected to be kept to a minimum at all times.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Credit Card Policy
The hotel does not accept cash or prepaid credit cards as payment for guest rooms. In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid credit card issued by a major company must be presented at check-in. A registered guest’s name must be printed on the credit card, and a valid photo ID must be presented as well.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
To book a room with a gift certificate, please contact the Front Office Manager, Elizabeth Straigis, by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by calling the main hotel phone number.
For third party payment arrangements, the credit card holder must contact the hotel's front desk at least 72 hours prior to guest's arrival. Contact Guest Services, Monday - Friday at (330) 929-3000 or email email@example.com. After hours, please contact the Manager on Duty. Payment information is taken verbally with the front office and the card holder. Paper forms are not provided or accepted.
