Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
No waitlists are offered.

Health & Well-Being Policies
Parties in guest rooms are not allowed. We ask that non-registered guests curtail their visits by 11pm to ensure quiet for all of our guests. If you are interested in hosting a party or entertaining during your stay, please contact our Sales and Catering department. Pool and Fitness Center privileges are for registered guests only. Noise is expected to be kept to a minimum at all times. If a noise complaint is reported, security will issue a warning to the offending guest's room. If the noise or disturbance continues after two warnings, guests may be asked to vacate the property at management's discretion.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 250 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor smoking areas.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card (photo identification). There is a limit of $50 per day for a maximum of 3 days.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
