Club Lounge Access Policy
Guests booked in Club Level rooms can access the Club Lounge Monday - Friday from 6:30am to 10:30am and 5pm to 8pm. On Saturday and Sunday access is available from 7am to 11am. The Club Lounge is closed on holidays.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Dogs up to 80 pounds are allowed. No other pets are permitted. Pets cannot be left alone at any time and are not permitted in some rooms.
All guests must maintain a noise level that does not disturb other guests. If a noise complaint is reported, security will issue a warning to the offending guest's room. If the noise or disturbance continues, the guest(s) may be asked to vacate the property at management's discretion.
All guest room and public spaces are 100% smoke-free. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest if any evidence of smoking is found in their room. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present two pieces of valid identification, including a driver's license. There is a limit of $50 per day.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
