Hotel Policies
ADA Policy
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available. For TDD equipment setup or wheelchair needs, please call and speak with a front office manager or supervisor.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid identification.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available for SPG members only, with a valid drivers license. There is a limit of $50 per day.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available but not guaranteed and need to be requested. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of $75 applies to guests who check out prior to their scheduled departure date as confirmed at check-in. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Pet Policy
Dogs under 40 lbs are accepted at the hotel and permitted on designated floors only. Dogs over this size and other pets including cats, birds, and exotic animals are not permitted. Guests who violate this rule will be charged a $250.00 cleaning fee. A waiver explaining all pet policies must be signed at check-in.
We have various room types that allow pets including oceanfront kings, oceanfront doubes, partial ocean view kings, partial ocean view doubles and city view doubles. Dogs are not permitted to be left alone in the room at any time.
In the summer (Memorial Day until Labor Day), dogs are not permitted on the beach, boardwalk, or any area south of the street in front of the hotel.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Payment Policy
A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment of the room, tax and incidentals. If a guest is paying cash, a deposit equal to the room, tax and $25 per day will be collected at check-in.
For payment arrangements to a third-party credit card, please contact the hotel's front office manager on duty at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
Smoking Policy
All guest rooms and public space are 100% non-smoking. A 250 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest that violates this policy.
