Ongoing Renovations Until Approximately December 2017
Until mid-December 2017, there are ongoing guest room renovations. During this time, guests can expect construction related noise daily between 7am and 7pm. Additionally, water will be shut off in the main tower between 2pm and 4pm daily. Currently restaurants, the pool, and the fitness center are open and available for use. Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available upon request, subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please make requests at the time of booking.
Extra Bedding Policy
It is our pleasure to provide rollaway beds upon request, subject to availability. A nightly fee will apply. Rollaway beds are allowed in king bedded rooms (except Poolside Lanai Rooms) and all suites. Guest rooms with two beds cannot accommodate rollaways due to fire code regulations.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
We are pleased to accommodate early arrivals based on availability at the time of check-in.
Early Departure Policy
Departure dates are confirmed upon check-in. Guests checking out prior to their scheduled departure date will incur a 75 USD early departure fee.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver's license, passport and/or proof of age card.
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to offer late checkout. Late checkout cannot be guaranteed in advance and is based on availability on the date of departure.
The hotel is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. ADA-compliant guest rooms are available. Advanced reservations are recommended; for more information, please contact the hotel directly.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
The hotel welcomes one pet weighing up to 40 pounds. Guests must sign a waiver at check-in and pay a 75 USD non-refundable cleaning/sanitizing fee. An additional cleaning/damage fee may apply after checkout based on a room’s condition at the time of departure. Disruption or disturbances to other hotel guests and or failure to comply with hotel policies may result in an additional fee of 250 USD per day. Additional fees may be charged if the hotel compensates dissatisfied guests due to a pet’s behavior.
Pets cannot be left alone in the guest room at any time. Arrangements can be made through the concierge for a pet sitter.
Health & Well-Being Policies
No parties of any kind are permitted in guest rooms or suites. Noise complaints are taken seriously and may result in eviction from the hotel without refund.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 300 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Personal checks are not accepted. Business checks can be used for payment with 30 days advance notice. Please contact the hotel for further information.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit Card Policy
Credit card authorization forms for third-party billing are not accepted by the hotel under any circumstances. If you want to prepay for a future reservation, please contact the hotel to arrange an alternate form of payment. Prepayment in any form other than a wire transfer will not be accepted if it is received fewer than 14 days prior to a guest’s arrival.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates must be confirmed at the time of booking by indicating the certificate number on the reservation and presenting the gift certificate at check-in.
Tax Exempt Policy
Guests requesting tax exemption must submit a tax waiver form to the hotel in advance.
