Our hotel offers ADA-compliant elevators and ADA-compliant guest rooms, available upon request.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid photo identification.

EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy

Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel.  If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN. 

Check Cashing Policy

Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card. There is a limit of $50 per day and $250 per stay. With American Express there is a limit of $100 per day.

Connecting Room Policy

Connecting rooms are available by request only, but cannot be guaranteed. A room with 2 double beds can connect to a room with 2 double beds. Connecting rooms with kind beds are not available.

Early Departure Policy

An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date.  Please contact the hotel for further information.

Food & Beverage Policy

Due to local and state Health Department codes and liability concerns, the hotel does not allow outside food or drinks to be brought into the hotel unless they are provided by a hotel-approved caterer with a certificate of insurance on file with the hotel. Hot plates and heating elements may not be used in guest rooms and will be removed if found by the hotel staff as a fire safety precaution. Package Handling Policy

There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.

Pet Policy

We accept dogs that weigh 40 pounds (18 kg) or less, one pet per room. A complimentary dog bed and bowl are provided in the guest room, and no deposit is required. These additional rules and restrictions apply:

  • A leash is required at all times
  • Owners must accompany the pet at all times on property
  • Guests are responsible for any damages incurred by the pet

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Pool Policy

For safety reasons, coolers and outside food and beverages are not allowed in the pool area.
