Sheraton Club Lounge
Located on preferred floors, Sheraton Club guest rooms offer upgraded amenities, free bottled water, and complimentary fitness center access. Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid photo identification.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card. There is a limit of $50 per day and $250 per stay. With American Express there is a limit of $100 per day.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available by request only, but cannot be guaranteed. A room with 2 double beds can connect to a room with 2 double beds. Connecting rooms with kind beds are not available.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pet Policy
We accept dogs that weigh 40 pounds (18 kg) or less, one pet per room. A complimentary dog bed and bowl are provided in the guest room, and no deposit is required. These additional rules and restrictions apply:
- A leash is required at all times
- Owners must accompany the pet at all times on property
- Guests are responsible for any damages incurred by the pet
