Late checkout is subject to the hotel's level of occupancy and availability. The following fees will apply:
Pets are permitted. A $75 non-refundable fee will be charged for stays not exceeding two nights. An additional $20 non-refundable fee will be charged for the third night and each night thereafter. Guests are solely responsible for all damages incurred. Pets cannot be left alone for more than one hour. A $100 fee will be imposed if there are any pet-related complaints from other guests. Guests are required to sign a waiver at check-in.
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Private pool events are prohibited. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult to use the whirlpool.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
