Connecting Room Policy
Requests for connecting rooms are satisfied based upon availability.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Hotel permits up to four adults in each suite with two double beds and two adults in each suite with one king bed.

Early Arrival Policy
Early arrivals may be accommodated based on availability, on a first-come-first-served basis.
Early Departure Policy
Guests must verify departure date at time of check-in. If check-out is different, the guest must initial a change on the registration. Guests departing a day early most notify the hotel Front Desk at least 48 hours prior to departure or a full night's charge will apply.
All reservations require a valid ID at check-in, and all guests needing access to a guest room must be registered.
Late Checkout Policy
Check-out policy is 12pm. After such time guest may be subject to charges. Please inquire at the hotel Front Desk for more information and the availability of late check-out.
The hotel is equipped with five ADA-compliant guest suites. We request advance notice from any guests requesting these rooms in order to accommodate you properly.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Shirt and shoes are required in all hotel public areas except for the pool and sundeck. Use of the swimming pool requires a swim suit.
Meeting Room Policy
Use of meeting rooms must be scheduled in advance, and requires a hotel agreement signed by a hotel representative. There is a charge to use hotel meeting space for all guests.
Package Handling Policy
Package handling fees may apply for packages that are too large to store and arrive more than two days prior to the arrival of the guest. Please inquire with the Front Office Manager if you are expecting advance deliveries.
The hotel accepts cats and dogs weighing up to 40 pounds. Pets must be accompanied at all times by guests, and guests are financially responsible for any damage or disruption caused by their pets. A cleanup fee may apply if additional cleanup or professional cleaning services are required. A complete waiver must be signed at check-in.
Room assignments and public area access for pets are in designated areas. Special requests and Club Level access may not be available. Please contact Guest Reception for more information.

The hotel is a smoke-free building. Smoking is strictly forbidden except in designated areas in front of building; penalty fees may apply for anyone violating this policy.

Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing is available for up to $50 per day with valid identification and established credit at the hotel.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit Card Policy
All guests must check in with a valid credit card. Guests must notify hotel of the use of a debit card; the hotel is not responsible for any penalties due to the use of or access to debit cards.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates may only be used with advance reservations approved by the General Manager's office.
Tax Exempt Policy
Tax exemption is based strictly on the county, city, state, and federal guidelines.
