Policies
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid photo identification and proof of date of birth.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid major credit card or approved drivers license. There is a limit of $50 per day
Guarantee Policy
Mandatory credit card guarantee on all reservations.
Pet Policy
Dogs weighing 80 pounds or less are allowed in guestrooms. Dogs are not allowed in Condominiums, pool areas, food and beverage outlets, or the gift shop. Without additional fees, dogs will be provided with a Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Dog Bed if desired, along with a Pet Welcome Pack that provides information and supplies that are useful to a guest traveling with a dog. Dogs over 80 pounds may be allowed at the hotel’s discretion and should be discussed with the General Manger prior to accepting the reservation. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card for additional cleaning and excessive damage caused by the dog.
Smoking Policy
The Sheraton South Padre Island is a 100% non-smoking hotel. There will be a $200 fine for smoking in any guest room. Designated smoking areas for our guests are located outside the hotel.
