Located on preferred floors, Sheraton Club guest rooms offer upgraded amenities, free bottled water, and complimentary fitness center access. Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Hotel will cash personal checks for SPG Members only, with valid identification. There is a limit of $300 per day/stay. Other conditions may apply.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available upon request.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee is assessed after check-in has occurred and the amount may vary. If notice is given prior to check-in, the early departure fee may be negotiable.

Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout fee varies, depending on the time of day. For checkouts from 12pm until 2pm, the fee will be equal to 50% of the nightly room rate plus tax. Checkouts after 2pm will be charged one night’s room rate plus tax.
We do not allow parties and/or child sleepovers in our guest rooms.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed. No other pets are permitted. A 25 USD pet fee per stay applies and dogs must be on a leash at all times.
The hotel reserves the right to charge guests if cleaning is required after the stay. Guests will also be charged if damage is caused by the dog.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid credit card must be presented at check-in. If a guest is paying with cash, a payment for all room and tax charges plus a deposit is required. The deposit amount is $200 for the first night and $50 for each additional night.
Guests wishing to pay with a debit card must sign a debit card waiver upon check-in.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
