Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older to check-in to the hotel.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms and adjoining rooms are available upon request, subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please contact the hotel directly to make these request arrangements.
Extra Bedding Policy
Hotel has Sheraton Sweet Sleeper cribs available upon request. Hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers, or pillows for cribs. Guests must provide their own bedding for cribs.
Rollaway beds are available for an additional fee of 15 CAD per night, plus taxes.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
A maximum of five persons per room is allowed, children included.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older with valid photo identification.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pets are allowed at no charge with a signed waiver form. Pets cannot be left unaccompanied in the room. Any excessive damage or extra cleaning required will be charged to the guest's credit card.
For guests’ enjoyment and safety in Oasis Waterpark, the following regulations apply:
Only registered hotel guests are permitted. Each room accommodates a maximum of five guests, including adults and children.
Non-registered visitors and guests above the accommodation maximum are not permitted.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed, except bottled water in a non-glass, non-breakable container.

Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit Card Policy
In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid credit card must be presented at check-in. If a guest wishes to pay cash at check-in or checkout, a credit card must still be provided.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. If a debit card was provided as payment, a cash refund will be provided for funds held in excess of the amount actually incurred and charged.
