Meeting Room Renovation: July 17 – September 5, 2017
From July 17 to September 5, 2017, meeting spaces located on the Mezzanine Level will be under minor renovations. During this time, there may be some possible noise from 9am to 5pm and should not impact guests’ stay. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of 75 CAD plus tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older with valid identification.
Dogs up to 30 pounds are allowed. Guest must sign waiver. The hotel reserves the right to charge for additional cleaning or damage caused by the pet. If damage is found after checkout, credit card on record will be charged. Special conditions apply.
Health & Well-Being Policies
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 250 CAD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the Smoking Policy
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. If a debit card was provided as payment, a cash refund will be provided for funds held in excess of the amount actually incurred and charged.
Gift Certificate Policy
Our gift card program allows you the flexibility to purchase a gift in any denomination to use toward a great night's stay in one of our suites or a sumptuous meal in one of our restaurants. An ideal gift for special occasions, event prizes, stocking stuffers, and corporate gifts!
