Age Requirement Policy
Each room must have a guest that is 21 years or older in order to check in. The name on the identification card for the registered guest must match the name on the reservation in order to check in.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.

For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Only service animals are permitted in the hotel. No other animals are permitted.

Guests are not permitted to have any type of parties (birthday, slumber, etc.) in the overnight rooms. Parties can be booked via our catering department.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A recovery fee Of $200 or more will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification. There is a limit of $50 per day.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must fax/e-mail a copy of the a credit card authorization form prior to the guest’s arrival. Credit card authorization forms can be obtained directly from the hotel. Please contact the front desk directly for further information.
