Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a room.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
The hotel accepts only cats and dogs under 50 pounds and service animals. Pets under 50 pounds can accompany guests in their guest rooms, in accordance with local health codes for a fee of 35 USD. If excessive damage to the guest room is caused by the pet and repairs or deep-cleaning is required, guests will be liable for the cost of the repairs or cleaning. A waiver must be signed at check-in before a pet will be allowed in a guest room or public areas of the hotel. Without additional fees, a Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Dog Bed will be provided upon request (subject to availability), along with a Pet Welcome Pack that provides information and supplies to guests traveling with a pet.
Health & Well-Being Policies
According to state law, carrying a weapon on the hotel premises is prohibited, and violators may be subject to arrest for trespass under applicable laws.
This is a 100% non-smoking hotel. An cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found in guest rooms. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid drivers license. There is a limit of $50 per day.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
A valid method of payment must be presented at check-in to secure the number of nights of a room and 15% tax, plus daily incidental charges. If cash is provided at check-in, a credit or debit card is required and must be authorized for a daily incidental deposit. At checkout, the available incidental credit will be refunded if not used.
All direct billing or credit card authorizations must be first approved by the Controller or General Manager prior to arrival. Credit Card Authorization forms can be obtained by calling the hotel.
