Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Take advantage of the private Club Lounge where you can connect with friends, meet with your team, or simply relax by catching your favorite TV show. Need to get some work done? A copier/fax/printer and complimentary office supplies are ready to go.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. TDD equipment is available upon request. Please contact the hotel front desk directly prior to arrival to request equipment. A wheelchair is available on-site for assistance; however, it is not available for rental.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).

Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification. There is a limit of $50 per day and $300 per stay.
Connecting Room Policy
A limited number of connecting rooms are available upon request, and they are not guaranteed. A request must be made at the time of reservation by contacting the hotel directly.
Credit Card Policy
A credit card is required to cover room and tax for the full length of stay and to secure any incidental charges.
Early Departure Policy
The front desk must be notified of an early departure before 12 PM on the day of departure to avoid a fee of one night's room rate plus tax.
Gift Certificate Policy
Valid gift certificates may be redeemed at the hotel. Please contact the hotel directly to reserve a room using a gift certificate at (215) 387-8000, ext. 606.
ID Requirement Policy
Minimum age for check-in is 21. Guest must show a valid driver's license with photo or passport with photo.
Birthday, bachelor, bachelorette, and other parties are not allowed in guest rooms or suites. Noise complaints are taken seriously and may result in eviction without compensation. If you are planning an event, please contact our sales/catering team at (215) 387-8000, extension 631.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
We accept dogs up to 80 pounds (1 dog per room). No other pets are permitted. Guests must sign a waiver at check-in before the dog is allowed in the guest room or the public area. Dogs may not be left unattended and guests must agrees to all conditions of waiver.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
A credit card’s holder must be present for the hotel to accept the card as a form of payment. For third-party payments, a credit card authorization form must be obtained from our reservations department by calling (888) 627-7071, then faxed to the hotel at (215) 387-5939 before the guest’s arrival.
All guest rooms, meeting rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
