I was recently in town for the Arts Libraries of North American conference, based out of the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Toronto. From start to finish, this was a great experience. The venue was lovely and spacious, and a great place to relax as well as to operate business. What really stood out for me, however, was the food service. I have a background in catering, and I was very impressed by the speed, efficiency, politeness, and courtesy shown by all of the staff who were working during our events. I tend to be very aware of errors or issues arising in such situations, (again, because of my background), but didn't find a single problematic area with any of the service. I would highly encourage others to consider the Sheraton for other events, and I hope that I have the opportunity to stay with them again in the future.--Esther.J
