When we checked into the Sheraton on 6/13, there was a huge line, but your Agents worked quickly and checked the guests in a timely manner! Kudos!! When we checked into room 618, there was water dripping from the ceiling. I called to talk to Bilan and she moved us to room 619. She is the reason I am writing to tell you about my story. She made our hotel experience great!! I was amazed that she sent someone to give us new rooms keys, instead of us having to get our stuff, go back to the first floor, andget in the big line down at the reception desk. Kudos to her for her wonderful Customer Service skills. You have the right person working that position. Thank you! Elizabeth--Elizabeth.H
