I must congratulate all the staff at the Sheraton Montazah, Alexandria for our recent short stay. From the moment we arrived we were treated as honoured guests and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. A special mention must be made regarding the chief concierge, Moshen, who was outstanding in being well knowledged, professional and polite. Our thanks must also go to Islaan on the reception deck, his performance to his duties was excellent. Our visit to Alexandria was for my 87 year old father to visit his brothers grave at El Alamein and to this end a special mention needs to be made to AVIS rental (within the hotel) who provided us with a chauffeur and E Class Mercedes for the day. Once again excellent service and good value for money. Overall I can say that our room was very clean with a sea view, the food was excellent and I shall certainly be using Sheraton Hotels in the future. Well done all concerned!--Philip.P
