I stayed at the Sheraton in Ottawa last week for 4 nights. It was my first time in Ottawa, and the hotel and staff could not be more accomodating. The concierge was extremely helpful, providing directions, assisting with moving my items to and from the car, (I have a one year old son, so this was invaluable). We also got a late checkout, and the room was large and comfortable. Overall, a most excellent experience!--Betty.B
