In der Lobby, Bar und im Restaurant wurde während meiner Anwesenheit fast ständig sehr laute Musik gespielt. (Rock- und Pop Musik) Die gesamte Athmosphäre in Lobby und Bar ist dadurch sehr unruhig; man findet keinen Ruhepunkt für Gespräch und/oder Relaxen. Das Restaurant wird ebenfalls mit großer Lautstärke und der gleichen Musik beschallt. Meiner Bitte, die Musik leiser zu stellen, wurde zwar entsprochen, doch nach kurzer Zeit wieder lauter gestellt (vermutlich durch anderes Personal, das eigene Vorlieben für Musik hat.) Die Speisen und der Service waren sehr gut.

Wir wählen immer wieder das Sheraton in Stockholm für unseren Aufenthalt für das Melodifestivalen. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und zu Fuss vom Bahnhof einfach erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber immer sauber und gepflegt. Die Betten sind super!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Marcolino Zimmer sind eines 5 Starhotels unwürdig, die Clublounge hatte um 21.30 nur noch soft drinks und ein paar Kekse
Dies war für einen unverschämten Preis von > 4.000SKR das lausigste Zimmer in der Starwoodgruppe seit vielen Jahren

Hoteleinrichtungen sind für die Anzahl der Zimmer deutlich zu klein dimensioniert. Man hat überall das Gefühl zur Rushhour in einer UBahnstation zu sein. Leider gilt das auch für die Clublounge auf der Clubetage.

I visit Stockholm every now and then - almost always staying at different ho(s)tels for the pleasure of variation - and now I decided to try a Sheraton hotel for the first time. Had high expectations and wasn´t disappointed. Really comfortable room and an excellent breakfast buffet.

This is a beautiful hotel right in the center of Stockholm. Everything is marvellous - the rooms are clean, spacious and all the facilities are new. The breakfast was top noch also.

Stockholm is a place I travel to frequently for work, and the Sheraton has become a home away from home for me. The staff are friendly, and customer service is probably the best in town. I have found Derrick and Frey, 2 of the staff members, to always have a positive, upbeat attitude.
The Sheraton is comfortable, clean, and very convenient. Attributes that are a must in my book!
I look forward to my return to the city.

The Sheraton in Stockholm is in my opinion one of the better run Starwood hotels in Europe. I have been staying there several times in the past 2 years and have found them every time flexible to adjust to my time schedule, outgoing, friendly, and conveniently located in the heart of the city. The overall professionalism indicates a good and customer oriented management focus.An absolute must to stay there when in Stockholm.

This hotel has a great staff that always welcome the regular guests in a personal manner.
The practical things work, and rooms are of a comfortable size for stays over more than one night.

One of my favourites in this city. Always greeted by bell men , receptionists with a smile, almost always by name. Great SPG elite recognition. Award-winning Executive Lounge. Great rooms. At this time upgraded to Corner Suite. Excellent room! Everything needed in a Hotel - check!
At this visit, less-than-average performance by Restaurant M&F Md'H's claiming restaurant fully booked (during 95min, 75% of tables free, no reservation notes), unable to serve anything for 60 min after orders, despite warning after 30min "Your first course is now on its way!. Found my way to other restaurant after patiently waiting for >60min. Kitchen staff idle, talking to each other. Not up to the same level as rest of hotel!

Nice stay. Clean and comfortable room, great service (staff got me coffee after my morning run), everything worked. Bathroom floor was cold though

As an SPG platinum I was upgraded to a little suite which provided just that little more space.
Staff were great, and breakfast is comprehensive.
I can't wait to come on a visit for pleasure

Hotel met and surpassed our expectations in all areas. What made our stay so special was the human factor, particularly the exceptional care we received from Paula Norrmyr at the counter. She made extreme efforts to help us, which came through as an authentic gesture of good will and friendliness and not as someone just doing her job. She definitely picked the right career... Job well done!!!

I've had a few not so good experiences with Sheraton Stockholm over the passed month. Now a new face appeared who understands how to make the experience of staying away from your family pleasant, Selina Yu. Selina really made the difference for me with her service mindness and beautiful smile.

We were not sure how this hotel would suit our needs but were pleasantly surprised. It is located perfectly to be close to most areas of an already very convenient city. Whether I had to work or for this trip, which was a family trip, the views of skyline and water were perfect, even though the place works very well as a business hotel across from the Parliament and a few moments from the Arlanda Express train to the international airport (departure times shown in the lobby). The staff really made our stay exactly what we had hoped for, with great restaurant and tourist recommendations and special treatment at the nearby Michelin-starred restaurant. .
The Platinum benefits helped it right over the top. The hotel is not the top level of luxury but is still very nice as expected from a Sheraton outside the US. Fitness facility is good with a clean Hamman to warm you in cold weather.

I spent 6 nights here for leisure and found the location to be perfect. Easy walk over to the Old City, easy walk to city shopping, easy walk to the train station, easy walk to the subway, easy walk to some great restaurants, and easy walk along the waterfront for the views. And with the Arlanda Express from the airport, it is barely 20 minutes to the hotel.
The workout room is good. but the sauna is very small. My room had a view room of the water and old town and was lovely. On the day it rained, the front desk had loaner umbrellas.
My only complaint is about the prices in the bar. There were no inexpensive options. Prices were substantially higher than in surrounding restaurants/bars. On the other hand, the bartenders are fantastic-inventing new drinks and making cocktails with a flair.

We had a very good experience staying at this hotel. The location is very central in Stockholm , walking distance to most important attractions. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff very helpful at all the time. Good breakfast. Spescial tanks to the helpful staff in the lobby and reception.

Was recognized as a SPG member upon check in and was surprised to receive chocolate and a well wishing card in the room as our honeymoon gift. The mattress and pillows were the most comfortable ones we had in this trip.
We accidentally left the passports in the safe, only to realize it when we reached Copenhagen. Thanks to the staff in Sheraton Stockholm for sending it on express service to our non-SPG hotel in Copenhagen. We really appreciate this excellent service and assistance.
