Great location .. Easy walk to Lightning game .. Hotel is showing its age .. Crumbling drywall in room .. Sliding patio doors have rusted rollers making operation very difficult .. Breakfast buffet was excellent .. Staff was phenomenal throughout hotel.

The hotel looked old. The lobby was modern looking but the hallways to the rooms were drab and dark. There was an outlet in the hall off the wall. The towels smelled like bleach. The room was ok and serviceable.

The valet attendants were the most pleasant part of our stay. The reservation was not correct when we got there and it took a few days to get the price right. The location is perfect but this hotel needs to train their front desk attendants better.

I had lunch once, breakfast twice at the hotel and room service one night and all I have to say is that the food was very disappointing. Especially the breakfast buffet. The waffles were hard as rock, the eggs tasteless and the coffee undrinkable.

Arrived friday afternoon. Understaffed front desk. One person at the valet parking desk
trying to get 25 cars in or out. Room was not cleaned on the next day.
Hotel was full so management should have made sure they had enough staff.

Expensive valet parking with no self park option. Rooms are old and show damage in furniture and equipment/fixtures. When having a DND sign, housekeeping should stop knocking on door interrupting calls or sleep. Room service menu is not updated.

Staying at this Sheraton makes you feel like you are not in a downtown hotel. There is minimal street noise and the view is relaxing. The bar staff was great and took care of all my needs. Looking forward to staying here on my next trip to TPA!

The Sheraton was wonderful from beginning to end. They were very flexible to work with, their location is great for a night prior to a cruise departure. Their shuttle service was smooth and reliable.
The hotel is clean and the staff was great!

The person checking us in was very rude. We have many employees and would of liked to have continued sending them there but the front desk lady was rude. We had 4 rooms and breakfast was not included.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Food was very good. Hotel staff was helpful, friendly and professional. Excellent location downtown Tampa right on the waters edge of Riverwalk. Get a balcony room overlooking water - you will be pleased.

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the cruise port (about a mile away) and were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel runs a free shuttle service to the port. Our room had been nicely renovated though the bathroom needed work.

I am a 90 year old Woman in a wheel chair and we could hardly move in the room, were told this was all they had and it was nearly impossible during our stay and very uncomfortable not to mention the constant loud noise in the hallways!!!

Hotel is conveniently located downtown and on river. Nice walk to Univ of Tampa. Only issue we had was the hotel was under construction. Very noisy. No adequate dining facility while construction was underway.
Should be done soon.

Request river view,no rooms. Requested 2 extra pillows only one came. Called front desk told them one came they said they would take care of it and they did not.

Keys failed twice and had to be reprogrammed.
Shower head broken.
Mechanical hum from ceiling.
Tons of street noise.
Nice wide screen TV but only a crappy analog signal. How about some HD.

We stayed one night and loved the location. The staff was very friendly and helpful but the room didn't appear to have been cleaned recently. It was very dusty and there were dirty handprints on the walls of the balcony.

Stayed for Gasparilla Pirate Fest. Could not have been a better location. We were right in the middle of everything.
Also, great place to stay for easy access to downtown Tampa and Ybor City.
Very accommodating staff.

I am an SPG member and usually when I stay at hotel I am treated as preferred guests. Usually get a room on a higher floor. Cost was pricey for a weekend.

We found the Sheraton Riverwalk to be convenient, comfortable and perfect for our family of four prior to our cruise. Shuttle service was easy and quick and the staff was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The front Bell Staff far excced my expectations each year and each stay, the main reason I stay!
The room that was to be a water view was if you tried your best to look over the flat roof, so not really a water view.

hall way noise traffic noise what's more to say,if you can't rest peacefully what's the point of staying in an acclaimed hotel.

I went to a conference at the Sheraton Riverwalk and loved my experience. The staff was extremely friendly and the food excellent. My room was clean and neat. Not elaborate by any means but fine because it was clean.

The hotel is clean, inviting, comfortable and me all of our needs. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant and room service was excellent. Conveniently located near downtown and the Riverwalk.

Hotel is severely out of date, with extremely worn out furnishings, carpets and structure.
The upcoming renovation can't take place soon enough.
On the other hand, the staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly.
