Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Rooms & Staff, Not So Great Food The food from the restaurant, both in the dining room and through room service ranged between bad and horrible. The room itself and the attitudes of the staff were excellent. In other words, I'd stay there again, but would think twice about eating there. February 7, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by hotel very noisy The hotel staff was very attentive to our needs. Ask for room as far away from the highway as possible. It is very noisy 24 hrs a day, there is not quiet place. Stayed there twice within a 2 week period. The first room was good, but the second time the bed was so worn I slept in a hole the whole week. Staff said there was nothing they could do about it, but move my room, but we were traveling with another couple and they were not able to move us together. Elevators were ridiculous how slow they were< only 2 working. February 7, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by This hotel is overrated The room in this hotel was very nice. The hotel shuttle was helpful in getting me to my destinations. However, the elevator repairs were very inconvenient, only providing guests with staircase access to go down, and not up, therefore not allowing guests to quickly return to our room and come back down. The restaurant bar's food menu was very limited. The so call "breakfast buffet" was February 5, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Hotel had some issues with the elevator Hotel seemed to have out of the four elevators -two out of service which made it difficult to get up and down to our room and with a 2 year old that makes more of a challenge since they don’t have a concept of waiting. We used the stairs once but we are on the 8th floor so that as well is not the easiest – not sure if both elevators were under repair but you may want to re think taking two of the four out of service and only doing one at a time in the future. Rated 5 out of 5 by Superseded our expectations Booked through Hotwire and were extremely satisfied with every aspect of the hotel, we were in for a hockey game and it was close, also the malls for shopping were right there too, would definitely stay there again February 3, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by The good, bad and ugly. Let me start with the good. Nice big comfortable suite. Cozy bed and plenty of room. The bad, the slowest elevator's ever and one of them broke down so the maids just jam their carts in on top of you. The ugly, toothpaste spit on the handles and faucet in the bathroom. Then in morning the maids were banging on the door with the DND sign on the outside handle. February 2, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by Would not return Service and food was horrible. Waited 30 minutes to get a table for dinner, went to manager and nothing was done. Finally got sandwich and it was cold an unable to be eaten. Breakfast was cold every morning. Only one elevator on each side was working. Had to wait 15 minutes or longer January 31, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor Experience Hot water took forever to come from faucets. Almost called front desk after 5 minutes of waiting. Half of the elevators were out-of-service due to maintenance. Outrageous price of $4.00 for a bottle of water in room. Should have asked for compensation. January 31, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by A very enjoyable stay. I really appreciate the way the staff worked with me when my wife and I experienced an unexpected delay when attending a funeral. My delayed checked out time was estimated to be only 1 hour. As it turned out, with unexpected traffice delays, it turned out being a total of 2 hours delay in checkout. My wife and I where very concerned that we would be charged for the extra delayed checkout but the staff worked with me and said that it would not be an extra charge and thanked us for staying with them. I was impressed with the professionalism of the front desk staff. I will stay with them again and will recommend to my friend. Keep up the good work! January 29, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by Doesn't live up to Sheraton name Stayed there last year and there were bugs in my bed and bathroom (not bed bugs)...their solution was sending me 2 bottles of beer...this year they decided to do elevator work shutting 2 of the 4 elevators down during a very busy time making for lengthy waits to get to my room...bar, restaurant and cleaning maids were understaffed and had difficulty handling the guests. Rated 3 out of 5 by Expect Long Waits for the Elevators Two elevators were out of service which meant sometimes waiting 10 minutes or more before I could get up to the 6th floor. With so many of the guests for the Yankees Fantasy Camp coming and going at the same time, the lines for the elevators were very long. Often, I just walked down the stairs, but climbing six stories was out of the question. Also, the water did not drain very quickly in either the bathroom sink or tub, and the mattresses were way too soft. I ended up sleeping on the sofa bed because it was more comfortable. Service was slow in the restaurant. However, a big kudo to your shuttle drivers; they were friendly, polite and eager to assist, as were the front desk personnel. You've got a great start with the people, but the facilities need improvement. January 28, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Poor planning We stayed at this facility for the Yankees Fantasy Camp. We were told by multiple employees that this was by far the busiest week all year for them. Unfortunately they decided that this would be an appropriate week to rebuild their elevator and thus 2 of their 4 elevators were out of commision for the week. This led to EXTREME wait times for the elevators. This would not have been such an issue if their stairway system could be accessed from the outside but it could not so you could not use it to go up stairs. Also the wait time in the eating area was excessive due to them not appropriately staffing for the work load. When we brought this to a servers attention she proclaimed that this happened every year and the management refused to add additional staff for the increased work load. I assume this must also be the case with housekeeping as we came back to the room on multiple days after 4 pm and our room had not been cleaned. One day they ran out of clean towels. The management at this facility needs to be seriously looked at. I have not stayed at a Sheraton before but after this experience I would have second thoughts about using another Sheraton facility. Rated 4 out of 5 by Good hotel, but needs improvement This hotel could be great if it made a few improvements. First, the elevator situation is horrible! Out of 4 elevators, at least 2 were out of order all week! Plus, there are no stairs accessible to walk to the lower floors. When large groups all get back at the same time it makes for long waits to get back to your room, especially when the elevators that do work are very slow. Also, the shower in my room wasn't very good and had a leak in the pan which caused water to run onto the floor. January 28, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by The Room Was Filthy My room was filthy when I arrived. I went to open the curtain and it was so filthy I did not want to touch it. There were dirty ,toothpicks on the floor that remained there from Monday to Sunday. There was dirt on the bathroom floor that was just moved around each day. The shower/tub was not cleaned soap wrapper and used washcloths were never removed. I asked for extra towels when my wife arrived and there were less in my room when I returned from Yankee Camp. Rated 5 out of 5 by Sweet Suite What an awesome way to end our vacation. We were traveling with another couple. It was great having so much space, since we spent the entire day in the room resting. The beds were incredibly comfortable! The shuttle to the airport was right on time. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. January 22, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Going through renovations I have always stayed at the Sheraton Westshore and will continue to do so. This last stay, however, was the least enjoyable. The elevators were being renovated so the already slow elevators were even slower. The air conditioning went out in my room forcing a room change in the middle of a week-long stay. The staff was very responsive and helpful, but it seemed like a lot of things went wrong in one stay. January 21, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Fabulous staff The room was quite comfortable but the outside road noise was tough to deal with. The internet does not work in the bed section of the rooms but otherwise was fine. The staff went out of their way to make me feel important-I was blown away by them, they were so nice. January 19, 2013
