Rated 3 out of 5 by convenient to the airport a renovation would be great; the carpet and walls tell the age. the room was very warm when I checked in; it improved. the flat screen is very nice; additional outlets would be helpful for the business traveler with multiple devices. July 30, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Internet I feel that Internet should be free to all persons staying at the Hotel. Most of the lower changes offer free Wi-FI as a calling card for business. While Sherton is on a higher scale, this feature should be at not cost to is patrons. April 24, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Disappointed with this hotel No hot water from either sink...just lukewarm. The toilet was stained and needed a good scrubbing. Only one restaurant within walking distance; food on premises was very overpriced. Bed and linens were very nice. April 26, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Close to airport When checking in I was not asked if I needed help with luggage. Ususlly I would but I was traveling with two small children by myself. Would not have been so upset if they werent so interested in the other employees conversation. November 1, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Convenient Location This hotel has a good location close to the airport and is easily accessible from major highways. The reception staff were helpful and the only downside was the restaurant not opening on time in the morning for early departures. December 31, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by I found hotel reception staff helpful and friendly, but I found the breakfast charge for coffee to be outrageous and excessive. My entre was $12.99, and $4 was added for coffee. That's 30% of the bill! Yes I know it is advertised as "Starbucks", but still it is just black coffee. July 14, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by My Second Stay I'm in Atlanta once per month to buy and sell cars at an Auction. This Hotel is very close to the Auction but so are many others. The service is great and the rooms are nice. Add to that a very good breakfast and location. June 23, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Requesting another hotel for business Have been staying at this hotel once a month for a few years due to business. Lately have been disappointed in staff curtsey and attention. I am a SPG Gold member and always stay on a Tuesday night but cannot remember the last time I was able to stay on the club level. In the past few months have had trouble with keys and had to make more than one trip to the front desk...have had trouble getting internet in the room so could not do work needed to be done...have been put in a handicapped room twice and had to request to be moved. This last check in and issues was handled by a a woman at the front desk who acted as though we were interrupting her day by standing in front of her and breathing! Usually we eat out but when I did ave occasion to eat in the restaurant it was not an enjoyable experience as the staff had to searched for and the food was tasteless. Have in the past requested and recommended this hotel because it is clean and convienent and very quiet considering its proximity to the airport but after the last stay I will now be requesting another hotel. Rated 3 out of 5 by nice hotel but price quoted was misleading very nice room and comfortable bed. price quoted was $109 but the bill was $152. the 40% difference for taxes and fees for anything sold should NEVER be left out of a transaction like it was. that's a colossal difference. July 2, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by PAYING FOR PARKING AND NO BREAKFAST It was nice ,but to pay for parking and wifi is crazy. no breakfast for the guest . we have to go to the hood for food . Really!!!!! the staff was great. when we got back from the hood my husband swim shorts was missing. August 5, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by National Association WCG Conference The Conference for NAWCG held on November 8-11, 2012, proved to be a blessing. The workshop areas and the Worship Center were comfortable. The room was serviced daily. The food was delicious. my stay was most enjoyable. November 15, 2012

Rated 1 out of 5 by Not a pleasant stay - Avoid if possible Dirty carpets in room and in hallways, NOISY, thermostat did not work, no recognition as a Starwood Preferred Guest. Staff stated that they would be at capacity so switching rooms was not an option. Stay elsewhere!!! April 22, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Only As Good As Weakest Link All was good except your bus failed to stop at the airport pickup. I waited for 50 minutes and no bus. Other hotels came and went but not the Sheraton bus. I was told at the front desk........every 20 minutes. October 7, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst experience This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. When checking in, we had to wait 30 minutes, only to hear the person who checked us in complain to another worker about how tired she was. We were there for 4 days and had to call the front desk for towels each day. One day we never did get towels. We needed an extra blanket, as the AC was either on full blast or off. We were told the hotel was out of blankets. The concierge service was definitely lacking. We stood by the concierge desk for 10 minutes and no even asked if we needed help. There were no luggage carts available, they were all stored safely in a back room. Only 2 carts were out. So, we took all out luggage up to the 7th Floor by ourselves.. Oh yeah, did I mention that there were only 4 elevators and no stairways open to the public. 200+ contestants and their families were there for an International Beauty Pageant. So, I guess because we got a discounted rate, we were not worthy of the hotel staff's attention. Plus we had to pay to park, for the internet and if we wanted a tiny refrigerator, it was all extra. Rated 3 out of 5 by Housekeeping falls down on job Arrived late and tired, upon turning down bed we found a very soiled bedspread, a oily yellow goo was all over the underneath, the sheet had gum stuck to it. Housekeeping should have caught all of that. December 5, 2012
