Your staff was friendly and professional. Rooms look tired; hallways had bad odor. Not enough linens and pillows for all parties in the room; we were only 3. Worse thing was lack of coffee station at restaurant....please!! Having to wait 20 minutes for a cup of coffee is so unreasonable.....where is the Green Mountain coffee station everyone in NE has?

the staff at the front desk couldn't have been nicer. the hotel is fine for what i needed. the room was fine, carpet needed to be cleaned or replaced and they are renovating..the ceiling had some kind of metal thing falling off and the bathroom sink didn't drain properly when used..its a bit dated but i would stay there again

The room was fine, but the hum from the outside fans on top of the building right outside the room were a bit loud for sleeping. And the HVAC system in the room seems outdated with the external unit. The tv in the room did not work. Heard tv in adjacent room.
The club level service personnel were very nice, as was the hospitality of the front desk

The hotel is very nice and would go back again. They are in the process of upgrading so did not see the upgraded rooms. Food in dining is excellent. Their brunch is outstanding with an excellent chef. Has all food to perfection. It is very close to all shopping and events in the Burlington area. Would recommend this hotel.

Restaurant comment. First night service was great. Second night service was poor. Waited 15 minutes at a table and still no service. Had to ask for a menu and service. Also was interested in a post dinner beverage; after another lengthy wait I decided to ask for the check and leave. Certainly not the service I am acustomed to at this location.

I made my reservation 2 weeks in advance we got there at 4pm an hr after check in room wasn't ready. They said they would call and never did i called at 5:30 they said it was ready
. Went to my room got a room with 2 double
beds i reserved a king bed. the room wallpaper was dingy and had spots on it. The food at the party i attended was good.

The room was in the old section of the hotel. The toilet would not flush properly. The HVAC was a room unit with no tempature control in degrees just red or blue. I got charged for several nights after my departure. This was fixed finally but it took 4 calls. This was my second stay at this hotel - unfortunately my second stay may be my last.

Hotel is in dire need of renovations, but luckily it looks like that's already starting to happen. The SPG lounge is really nice, with staff that couldn't be more friendly or attentive. The hotel isn't in Downtown Burlington, but there is a free shuttle which can take you where you need to go and can also pick you up. Definitely helpful.

Very dissapointed this stay. As Starwood Gold members, my wife and I have stayed at this hotel many times. On previous stays we had been given comlimentary breakfast vouchers. At check in I enquired about the free breakfast vouchers and was told that I would not be given any this stay. Very dissapointing. Apart from that the stay was good.

I thought the room rate was very pricey for the accommodations. The Club level upgrade was a rip off, since they overbooked and I was still charged that club fee and was not on that level. Then they charged me $15.00 for two glasses of wine in the club lounge that was not very inviting. However, the pool and hotel resturant was very nice.

Air conditioning didn't work overnight. Hotel under renovations, I guess. Sent in a back door which was used by the construction people, so a little hazardous.

I would have liked to see a breakfast area that had a quick-type breakfast & opened earlier than 6:30. While on a working trip, we have to leave much earlier & some kind of small buffet--muffin, coffee, oj etc would be appreciated. I did not want to eat a full breakfast & needed to leave earlier than waiting for the restaurant to open.

Burlington Sheraton staff was extremely friendly and supportive. Matt at the front desk, Lucy in the bar, and the doorman from Boston (Dan?) all were great. Food in the bar was well prepared, housekeeping was efficient. Room itself had a couple small problems with AC and tv reception, but both were fixed. Good location for visiting UVM!

The only problem I have with this hotel is the meals offered. It's bar food or a lunch menu. After traveling six hours to get there, I would like to sit at a table and be able to order a hot meal. They have a few specials but very limited. For a Sheraton hotel I am very disappointed in the menu. Mr. Chef, you need to step it up a notch.

Hotel is conveniently located just off the highway and near the University. You are away from the busy downtown, yet close by. The room was clean, as was the entire facility. The room temperature was too hot for our comfort. Don't forget anything you might need, as the hotel does not have much available-you will need to go into Town.

the wallpaper, carpets in the hallways to guest rooms are dirty, torn, and all need to be replaced, the rooms need to be remodeled you need to put more than 2 bath towels and hand clothes in each room
the room rates were to high for the condition of your hotel I expect $100.00 return per night back as the rooms were 100 over priced

checked into room 232- old and dingy- TV would not work. Moved me to room 231. Temperature gauge would not work and toilet keeped running. The quality is no longer there. If you want a nice place to stay, shop around!!! I am a preferred Starward guest with them and stay there all the time until now as Im taking my business elsewhere

Only there for one night and a business meeting. Facilities and my room were top shelf. Everything in the room appeared to be recently renovated and everything worked as it should.
I was a little disappointed with the breakfast buffet. I'd give it a C at best.

The parking lot and entry area to the rooms from the rear (entrance C in our case) was dark. There were no lights whatsoever. My wife tripped and could have hurt herself. We informed the front desk as we went out to dinner, and were told that the lights would be turned on. When we returned from dinner, there were still no lights.

Unfortunately the food was below average and was pricey. The pool was beautiful and it looked like there were updates done in the main lobby and conference areas. The room itself needs updating and the hallways always had either room service empties or housekeeping materials in them. All day and all night we found this to be true.

When I first arrived I was placed in the basement. The lights did not work in the room. I asked if I could be moved to another room and was told the hotel was over capacity. When my sister inquired a half hour later (she was not satisfied with her room either) We were moved to another room with no problem. Once in my new room I noticed it was quite humid and warm. I went down stairs to the front desk and told them of the situation. They responded they would check the a/c system. Upon returning from dinner the room was still warm. I called down stairs and was informed that they would not be able to repair the a/c until the following day because they did not have the part but I could have a temp. a/c placed in the room. I asked if there were other options. I was told I could move to another room. I was place on the Starwoods level (where I should have been) room 337. The couch and the table were dirty. The bed felt amazing. I would not recommend this hotel.

We reserved the Club this time and we will now always do! This was such a great experience, mostly that we have a kid! Feel like VIP: great stay.

During check-in I was asked if I wanted to pay a small fee to upgrade to a Club Room. I declined but asked if I could gain Club Lounge access durning my stay. The young lady at reception stated no she couldn't, I responded "that's disappointing". Her next response floored me..."we aim to disappoint" and she continued for the next 10-20 seconds repeating "disappoint" in her conversation. Well, she aimed and succeeded. This is the first time I have ever been declined complimentary Club Lounge access upon requesting at other Sheraton properties.
The hotel has a worn look. My sink was draining extremely slow, after being told someone would be right there, I had to call back after 30 minutes to inquire as to the definition of "be right there."
I opted not to discuss with management because when I approached reception the senior person at the front was being read the riot act for the removal of an occupants belongings before she had checked out..he had his hands full.

The rooms are quite dark and in need of repair. Several lights did not work and the toilet needed a new internal flushing unit. I had to lift the tank lid and manually flush every time it got stuck. The ceiling showed water spots where there had been problems in the room above mine. Overall, I've been in much better hotels.

We checked in about 10PM expecting our king size bed. After 7 hours of driving and 3 hours of walking around town we needed a good nights sleep. Our king room was given to someone else. Temp is room kept switching from hot to cold. Some mold in the shower tile grout. On the brightside, right next to UVM and the bar was good

I recently stayed at this wonderful facility due to being a speaker at an Expo there. Not only was the guest room exemplary but all other areas of the hotel - conference center, atrium restaurant, bar, outside parking etc - were wonderful and impeccably clean with very personable and professional staff working in all areas.

Stayed here one night for a weekend getaway. Having read reviews of the property I aligned my expectations before arriving accordingly. Overall the property is a bit dated and not well kept although they are commencing a renovation. The staff is the highlight of this property, they were very friendly and eager to please.
