I had the BEST meal I've had from Room Service at any hotel. Jorge and his crew did a fabulous job with the Caprese salad and grilled chicken and veggies. Everything was fresh and tasty. I made sure to call them and praise...job well done!

I was in & out of valet parking at least 6 times during my stay and never had to wait long for my car. This is my second stay at this hotel & location. I will certainly return for the great all around customer service and friendly staff!!!

The valet parking attendants were fast, cheerful, and enthusiastic. Front desk people acted like they really enjoyed their work. Housekeeping staff were consistently polite and professional, and room service really put a cherry on the day.

the staff upon arriving at the hotel always make you feel special as they greet you at the valet, bell man or front desk depending upon arrival needs. The rooms are large and comfortable.

We had our room on the 23rd floor overlooking the downtown area & it was spectacular. The room was clean & fresh & the amenities were more than what we expected. A great stay for a great business conference. Highly recommend to stay here.

I stay at the Sheraton on a regular basis when I am in Sacramento for business (at least once per month.) The hotel is clean, staff friendly and helpful and the room is comfortable including giving me a feeling of being safe and secure

I appreciated the option to "go green" and opt out of room service to save water on unnecessary towel replacements, etc. The incentives were great and a way of standing behind your commitment to the environment. Thanks for the option.

Pretty awful. The web site crashed while booking, they didn't honor prepaid parking, internet had problems, and they didn't cleanu one day even after calling down. I had the King Suite and expected better, as the price was not cheap.

My stay at the Sheraton was very positive. Room was very clean. Internet was a bit pricey and found it difficult to log into the wifi on the business floor. Apart from that, it was quite an enjoyable stay in a convenient location.

Nice hotel, pool was small, nice location downtown but most businesses were closed on the weekend. Overall stay was nice and relaxing.

All of the staff (except a somewhat snooty bellboy) were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The waiter at the restaurant provided great customer service and the food was very good.

Hotel staff was wonderful- from bellman to check-in to restaurant, catering staff, and housekeeping, check-out, etc. Loved the window seat in the room. Everything we needed was provided. Conference facilities were very nice.

My room 2202 was extremely quiet even though the hotel was sold out for the Unified Show. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I normally sleep terribly in hotels so was really pleased to sleep well both nights I was there.

I stayed at the Sheraton Grand Sacramento while attending a small professional conference that was also held in the hotel. The hotel staff were outstanding in every way, and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Dinner at Morgan's was a treat! This is a first class restaurant with a creative menu, beautiful food presentations, and delicious cuisine. Service was also excellent. We look forward to other meals there on future visits.

Most of the staff in the hotel far exceeded expectations (sales & catering, restaurant, housekeeping). The notable exception: front desk personnel. Superficially courteous, but inefficient and not able to resolve problems.

I am a frequect guest. On this occasion I was once, again, greeted by a friendly and courteous staff who accomodated an early check-in. Our meeting rooms were well appointed and maintained. My stay was an absolute delight.

This hotel is great, the room was very spacious, close to restrurants, convention center and shopping. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean, nice decors in room and lobby. Will definitely return.

Friendly staff, comfortable room. Only thing is I wish the water pressure in the shower were stronger and the Morgans restaurant hours longer. Wanted to eat there for dinner only to find they only open for breakfast

This is a great Sheraton property and every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. Just steps from the convention center. As a Platinum SPG I received a suite upgrade - Sweet! I would return in a heartbeat.

From the time you step out of your vehicle to check-out the staff was wonderful. This hotel displays a history and modern look all in one. I have stayed here before and consider it my second home when in Sacramento.

I had a beautiful view from a corner room. There were windows on two sides of the room. The beds were SO comfortable and I slept very well. Food was delicious. Staff very friendly and responsive. Great experience.
