very disappointed in my recent stay. traveling on business for 7 nights. restuarant was terrible, maid replenished soap, shampoo, coffee 1 time the entire trip, etc. will not stay here again.

Had a difficult experience at breakfast. Could not get served. They lacked help. Could be due to the football game rush. Still should have anticipated the increased business.

The bed was much too firm. Also, the thermostat was about six feet away from the air handler, so the air handler would run for very short periods of time; this caused it to run very often.

We have stayed at the Sheraton Ft. Worth twice and BOTH times we were very impressed with the courteous front desk staff, bellmen and valet parking company. They truly value the customers!

I stay here every week, and enjoy the staff and their friendliness and helpfulness. I sleep quite well. Glad this is the hotel we picked, we will be here a year, and I am very comfortable.

All a great time except no breakfast for the marathon runners, no water, no coffee, no Gatorade in the lobby, little oatmill, bananas maybe a granola bar or cereal would have been nice

Exceeded my expectations. Location was great and staff was wonderful. Room was clean and well decorated as well. This will be the hotel I stay at when I visit Fort Worth in the future.

This hotel is old and needs major improvements. The front end staff for the most part were helpful however the first person I delt with ruined my enitre expectations of the hotel.

Great hotel with a great AAA rate package. Breakfast was awesome each day to start our day. Location is right next to water park and convention center so very close to everything.

If you like good customer service this is the place. Their staff is amazing at making you feel welcome and comfortable.
It is within walking distance from the convention center.

Half the channels including all the network channels did not work. The cold water was warm and nasty and there was no way to buy a bottled water at night. Over priced.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Only regret is making sure we did not get an adjoining room. So it was a little noisy at times.

My room was not up to standard. The carpet was dirty and the air conditioning could not get the temp under 78 degrees. It was very uncomfortable.

Not up to SPG standards. Old rooms, easy to hear neighbors. Bed is comfy and staff is great, but the overall room and halls are well below par.

while not in town, it is still close enough to walk and feels good after a meal to walk a bit anyway. Club level is spacious and friendly staff

We chose the Sheraton Catering for our 40th Anniversary Celebration. We chose to stay at the hotel two nights but ran into snafus along the way that give us pause to want to return! The dinner was absolutely delightful and delicious! The hotel stay not so much! Our reservation was not combined as we were told it was (we made a special stop to combine our reservation with the one set up by our Catering Director). At check in we found that not to be the case and finding a King Suite was a challenge. The check-in staff was supposed to inform us of a Spa gift cert. that our children had provided for us. It was not. The fruit tray sent to our room with sparkling water bottles had no opener to open the bottles. No kleenex in the room. Housekeeping did not restock water bottles and lotion the 2nd morning. Our room AC was so loud we could not hear conversation, tv, or even the trains outside! And finally - to the decorator - the bed post of the lovely King bed is right in the middle of the tv screen when watching tv from the bed. To end on a positive note - Valet was outstanding! Our dinner was delightful. Catering & Events the star of this property.

Just returned from a dreadful stay. I paid for a hospitality suite because we have two small children and wanted space to spread out, especially after the kids went to sleep. But we ended up with a sleepless night. We heard every word from the room next door -- including two hours of a family fight (parents and child screaming, child getting spanked), a football game on TV, and commentary on the game. It took two hours to get our son to sleep amidst the commotion. We made the decision not to call security as were afraid of aggravating the situation (I actually considered calling the police at one point) or further disrupting our own kids. But when we mentioned it at the front desk at check out, we were told that it was our fault because we hadn't called down the night before!
In addition, the toilet was barely functional and the wi-fi wasn't powerful enough to stream Sesame Street -- which we needed because the TV didn't carry PBS and we were desperate to keep our own kids quiet after our experience the night before. There was no bedding for the sofa bed, even though we had reserved the room specifically because of the extra space.
Strangely (and sort of scary), we also found a box cutter in the bathroom when we arrived.
I am scheduled to stay in another Sheraton property this coming weekend. I'm sort of dreading it.

we were placed in a handicap room with an open shower and water control is a challenge. other than that all was good.
