All was good as usual until a Sheraton Associate knocked and entered three times between 7:30A.M. and 9:15A.M. only to say o sorry each time.

The bathroom ceiling, over the tub is peeling
Terribly. Was quite awful, as my husband noticed.
Have a photo, if requested..
Pool ridiculously shallow.

This was my 24 stay since April 22nd 2012. I always use the valet to park. Was very disappointed to get in my car two days later to find they had dropped a blanket out of my car(in the rain) and it was wadded up on my floor board all ready starting to smell. Also, ordered room service and after waiting 45 minutes I called back to be told that they forgot to get my name and room number so they did not cook it and the kitchen was now closed. The next morning I called to order coffee and the lady told me what room I was in and my last name and when I asked her how she knew she told me that name and room always show when you call room service and front desk. So, not too sure how the person the night before could claim they couldn't cook our food because they did not know what room or name. The only reason we stay here is because it is very convenient when going to the rangers games.(walking distance) However, the rooms are over priced and so is the food. The hotel is pet friendly which is great, however you can smell urine smells in the hallways and rooms. They need to reserve one area for people with pets. Carpets are also very dirty.

6 months since last visit and quality of hotel has gone down greatly. Food at banquet was terrible and business center equipment needs updated badly

I was really pleased with all of the facilities. We had lunch there everyday and it was excellent. All of the staff was excellent.

Location and service were great. Disapointed in the condition/cleanliness of room. Carpet, furniture and bedding were worn and extremely dirty!

My family and I stayed at the Sheraton Arlington as part of a National Competitive Dance competition in the adjacent convention center. During our stay we utilized the snack bar, room service, valet parking, the snack bar and the fitness center.
On Night 6 my family was absolutely wiped out and decided to stay at the hotel and use the in house dining facility and sit at a table and dine together. My 7 year old decided she would like to order the same thing she had ordered from room service on a prior evening, which was actually breakfast of fruit, oatmeal, bacon and hasbrowns. We were informed by staff (Tiffany) that breakfast would be no problem. When waited on by our waiter (Ashley) we ordered the breakfast for our daughter and he said he had never had anyone order breakfast in all the years he worked at the hotel, nobody had ever ordered breakfast for dinner. We also informed him we had checked with the hostess before ordering and were informed it would be fine. Ashley returned to our table and told us that breakfast was not possible. We told him we could order it from room service and he said "That is your choice". He was absolutely rude in his approach to a family who had not been rude or demanding and has spent an inordinant amount of money this week in the hotel.

hotel is great walking Distance to the Ranger Stadium. The only thing we were not happy about was that beds. They were not that comfortable

Mark, the front desk manager went out of his way to make my stay enjoyable. The shuttle drivers were very punctual and friendly!

Sink and bathub backed up on each use. Cordless phone did not work. AC was set at 60 degrees to maintain a comfortable level.

This hotel was very nice, it is close to most all attractions in Arlington. Has lots of good places to eat also.
