I loved this hotel. From the time you walk in you are greeted by the kindest people who truly make you feel like "Rock Stars." The rooms are plush and have the "New Car" smell with great views. Definitely worth every penny! The bartenders were very talented and had flair.

Jason did a wonderful job with the room he selected for my upgrade as a Gold Owner. We really enjoyed it. The Club continental breakfast was delightful with a beautiful view. The discounted self parking with covered parking was great especially with the hot temps.

Terrific location, close to subway, staff terrific. Only downside was no fridge in room, but as I needed to refrigerate some medication, the staff located a small fridge to put in our room. This was very kind and helpful for me. Will stay again next time we're in LA

stayed at hotel from 5/20-5/24 the help is wonderful,the rooms are clean and the beds are vey comfortable.you can get to anywhere from this location.The only negative I have is that there tv does not offer any kid stations for my granddaughter when she sleeps over

Randy, the manager, and his team did a great job for us on our recent stay at the Universal City property! The service was extremely personalized, the staff was friendly, and they met our special requests on all fronts. Kudos to Randy and the staff at this hotel!

My only disappointment was being offered to upgrade to suite at a $50 charge by email but when apply for it, was told no more suite available, other than that the hotel is great

The staff here is A+. From Sam, Max, Emeka, Joey and more at the front desk to Penny at the Mix bar. They are always very friendly, helpful and professional. Its nice to know that most of them have been there for years and understand the needs of their guests.

My room did not have a remote control for the television. I called the front desk and one of the engineers brought one down right away. The concierge booked a restaurant reservation which allowed us to be seated right away. I pleased with the staff services.

The odor was so strong when I checked in that I got a headache. Our room stunk all night. We asked for fragrance free and it sure was not. Everywhere on the entrance level was terrible. Thank goodness the restaurant was fragance free, at least where were.

Absolutely best staff! Everyone was attentive, helpful, and assisted us with every request. Room view was perfect too! We had such an enjoyable stay we actually didn't want to leave.. Highly recommend staying here it is worth every $$ spent...

There is no climate control in the hotel rooms, I was there during a cold snap and called every day about lack of heat in my room. There was also very limited hot water. Th is hotel is in a great location, but the infrastructure appears to be failing.

Nice hotel in a good location. The rooms are small and strangely lack either a minibar or fridge. No glassware or cups, no bath robes.
Hard to see it as a 4* without these basic amenities. Drinking coffee or drinks out of plastic is not a 4* to me.

Unbelievably bad experience. The room had urine stains on the carpet and bedding. Instead of having new coffee pouches, mine had been opened, so I had none. The towels felt like sandpaper. The only redeeming value of this room was the iHome radio.

We were very pleased with our stay at your hotel. We needed some attention to a plumbing issue and it was taken care of immediately. Further, Jayson at the front desk, was very helpful with transportation to the airport on relatively short notice.

We were attending a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and this is the perfect location to stay. We jumped on the shuttle and didn't have to worry about parking or traffic it was great! We will stay there again for any upcoming concerts we attend!

The Standard room was small and the bathroom was undersized - small scaled sink, no tub, toilet was so close to the sink and counter that the toilet lid could not fully open (counter was notched to allow lid to open)

This was the first time we stayed at the Sheraton Universal Hotel. Hotel was perfectly located in Hollywood area. Close enough to all the attractions but yet far enough away.
Hotel staff was great and the rooms were extremely comfortable.

Room wasn't ready by 3 p.m., then the staff failed to contact me via cellphone or text when the room was ready. Room seemed to have been hastily cleaned. Finally, incorrect car valet charges appeared on the initial bill I was presented.

We paid for 3 people to stay in the room and there was only one set of bath towels. Internet was not free and room appeared to be outdated. This room was below average especially for the price we paid. Location was the only good thing.

This was a shock to see such a well known hotel with a great name with 2 star rooms!!
The room wasn't clean and there was no toiletries in the room... For that price it's not worth it, I'm going to try other hotels in area next time..,

Staff was very friendly and helpful from Front Office Manager to the Front Desk Agent to the Concierge to the Club Staff. Will gladly return here again and again.
Sheraton Suite Sleeper beds were soooo comfortable as well.

Great location if you are going to be spending time at Universal Studios. The hotel could certainly use an update as the hallways and rooms are dated. The service is great and the staff is very friendly.

5 Star Staff (Joey-front desk) my room was upgraded and I loved it didnt want to leave.
The only thing was new GM took out cookies / wine at check in and managers reception also NO SPA :( to RELAX

For our VFA event, the facilities and services were fine. Only problem - and this is a general comment about LA - places for spare time sightseeing are too far apart and too hard to get to in reasonable time. Far from airport.

The staff was great whether in the restaurant, front desk, or general staff. We were attending a conference and ate all of our meals in the California restaurant. The chicken and apricot dinner was excellent. We ordered it twice!

Location could not be any more convenient. Each and every staff member treated us cheerfully and efficiently. Linens are extremely comfortable. Only things I would change are a full length mirror in room and carpet was stained.
