I did like the fact that no one told me about parking and when I arrive home there a charge of 38 to my credit card. Wow 38 to park at a hotel that im staying at!!!!!!!!!!!

At check in was given a room already occupied. Could have beed very akward. Next morning toilet would not flush. The attitude was oh well we will get some there to fix it.

Exterior dated, interior updated. Very limited hours for the Club Lounge, which is not on the Club Floor. Impressively large fitness center.

The only bad thing was waiting for the elevator. We used the stairs multiple times due to fulliness of the elevators and when your on an upper level this gets tiresome,

Rooms and service are top-notch. Hotel open areas like bar, atrium, etc. are on the haggard side and in need of update. Food available in the bar is downright horrible.

The room appeared like it has been cleaned a long time ago.It was very dusty Light bulb was missing but it was replaced as soon as i reported it

Hotel was nice but came back 2nd night at 11PM and room was not cleaned! We had to leave room so it could be cleaned and we weren't offered anything, not even a drink!

Very comfortable, cozy room. It would have been nice to have a mini-fridge in the room as well as free internet. Other than these comments, everything else was super.

The faucet in the bathroom leaks. The staff is not friendly or helpful. Internet in room costs $16.99 per day. I will not choose to stay here again if I can help it.

Everything was just great. Your staff was very good. One improvement, you could make, is have a shuttle for Philly airport & Amtrack. Most top quality hotels do.

Service in the lounge bar and restaurant was not good. Servers were not kind. Blanket was too heavy. The SPG membership was not recognized at the front desk.

Stay was average at best as far as cleanliness and knowledgeable staff. Customer service was frustrating. I was in Philadelphia for a conference and shared a room with a colleague. I called the front desk at least 3 times to make sure both our names appeared on the bill or ideally if the bill could be split between 2 cards for reimbursement. The first time I called was a day before checkout and I received a blank bill immediately, unclear why? I called again and was told I needed to wait until checkout. I had to leave for a 6am meeting and called later in the day of checkout, explained the situation, and was told they would work on this and email me the receipt. The final result was one night charged to me and 2 nights charged to my colleague on different bills with only our individual names on each. I called after the trip and was told that there was no way to change after checkout. I asked for customer service to make a complaint. Was told that their supervisor was not available. I called the main number again and was transferred to voicemail twice. This hotel staff does not seem to understand simple business requests from business travelers.

I stayed at this hotel with a coworker and I was disappointed in the lack of cleanliness standards. Both my coworker and I requested new rooms - which the staff provided - (the only reason this is a 2 and not a 1 overall) immediately after walking into our rooms. Between the two of us there were multiple stains (of Lord knows what) on the walls and carpet. There was a section of about 6 feet of carpet in my coworkers room that was visibly coming up off the floor, her comforter had a grease stain like it had gotten stuck in a bicycle chain, my bed looked like it had been made up by a 5 year old, and smelled like smoke. The rooms we were moved to were better but not as far as what I have come to expect from Sheraton and in particular from being a Starwood member. On my last day after the room had been "made up" by the staff I found two dirty bath towels (not mine - I never used that particular size towel) that reeked left on the desk and chair. How does that happen? It happens by a staff who doesn't care - that's how.
Disappointing stay at a tired hotel with an unengaged staff. I will not be staying here again and I would advise you not to as well. Starwood/Sheraton you can do better.

Sink stopper detached from control rod. Shower fixtures corroded and imprecise on water temperature control.
Staff was uniformly helpful and friendly.

Good food, great staff. Facilities are very dated. Rooms lack adequate lighting. Conference chairs are stained and uncomfortable for long periods.

We have stayed at this hotel several times before in the past. But this time it was very disappointing. We were given a room on the 4th floor. When we walked in the room looked cleaned. However, when i looked up at the ceiling where the AC vent was blowing, you can see dirty dust ball hanging from the popcorn ceiling. What makes it worse is the location of all the dust balls were directly on top of the headboard area! If the Sheraton didnt advertise as PURE AIR in the room, I think it I wouldnt have made such a big deal, but the fact that they do I find it ironic. We did complain to the front desk and showed the manger the dust balls and says he will have housekeeping clean it up and gave us another room. The 2nd room we went to had the same issue as the first, however, the AC vent in the 2nd room was next to the desk/TV instead of the bed, the dirty dust balls on the ceiling were hanging on top of the TV instead of the bed.
Another thing we use to enjoy at this hotel was their pool. Also highly disappointing as well. Water was not as warm as it was and it was murky. Granted the pool was packed with kids, but I gather they would have been more diligent in cleaning and chlorinating it when the pool closed in the evening.

The hotel was fine. The staff was very nice and helpful. We got to hotel at 1230 pm and was told our rooms werent ready which I expected. We went out for the day and came back at 3pm which is check in time. Rooms still were not ready and had to wait until around 5 00pm Were told that check out time for spg members is 4pm platinum and that is why room was not available. Meanwhile check in time for spg members is 3pm. They gave us free parking for our inconvenience which was very nice after my husband had to complain. We were happy with that. But then when the kids went to use the pool it was locked. There were a few people calling down to the desk and waiting. We all had called the hotel to make sure there was a pool to use. This was a big part why we stayed at this hotel. I called the front desk and they told me the pool would be closed until the weekend. Kids were extrememly disappointed. Wednesday nite it was closed and we made other plans for thursday night since the pool would be closed. When we came back to the hotel we heard that it was open Thursday nite Oh well. Nothing is perfect in life. All in all, we had a great time in Philly.
