The meeting facilities for small and large groups are great features. The service of hotel staff all around is professional as well as friendly and willing to meet the needs of the guest.

My stay at the Sheraton for a conference for work was nice. My room was neat and clean everyday, the facilities for the conference were very nice as well. The pool and exercise room were great.

We stayed during the period when construction was going on. Even though we were warned, the noise was still unbeareable. We also asked for a refrigerator and they did't have one

The room was great, comfortable bed. The hotel as a whole was lacking (bar, restaurant, snacks, etc). The lobby is weird. But you can't beat the location and the bed was dreamy!

I stayed at this hotel last week for a convention that was held there. The convention brought over 200 people to this hotel and service was not good at all. Some staff were rude and not helpful when I called down to the front desk. Drinks were BEYOND EXPENSIVE.... We had an Awards Dinner 1 of the nights and had to purchase our drinks. A very small watered-down mixed drink was $11 and a can of coke was $6. I don't mind paying for service if it is GOOD Service. I was not pleased with the service at all. The restaurant inside the hotel was closed one of the days at lunch time, and another day had a very long wait time because they had 1 server to help everyone. I would think if you have a convention scheduled and this many people reserved to come to a convention in a room directly across from this restaurant in the hotel, you would schedule enough people to accommodate at least a portion of the people there. One of the mornings for breakfast, we went to the same restaurant and ordered 2 omelets for $50. Very very over-priced..... It was a very nice hotel, but sadly I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Walls covered in hanging dust which hawnted us when the lamps were turned on.
Carpet covered in hair from previous customers.
Bathroom floor had hairs from previous customers

This hotel being near the French Quarters was a great plus. I wish the food had been better but there were plenty of other great eating places in the vicinity,

We stayed in a newly refurbished club room and it was tasteful and comfortable.
Everyone at the hotel was helpful and the club room staff was excellent.

Check in time was 3:00, the room we reserved was still not ready at 5:00 so we had to accept a different room in order to get ready for a 6:00 event.

The room was clean and well appointed. Desk and Club chair were comfortable. The plumbing was bad. Sink would not drain and hot and cold reversed.

The beds were very comfortable but my King room that was reserved for me ended up being 2 queen beds as my room had been given away before my arrival.

The bathroom need a complete renovation. Cracked tiles, rusty faucets, stains on the walls and the floor, stains and cracks on the vaity, etc.
