Pros: The location is excellent. The adult only infinity pool overlooking the ocean is amazing. Brittany and Fillipo (beach service) were excellent. The Edge food was very good. Concierge was very helpful. Cons: I found roaches at the pool and the coffee shop. I was almost hit by a flying pool umbrella. The cost of renting beach chairs is very high.

The hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly.
The rooms need renovations, paint, more furniture, lumpy bed, new carpets, oil the doors. The common areas could use a facelift too.
I was awakened twice at 4am by security walkie talkies in the hall.
F&B - food mediocre and service slow.
The Edge had wonderful ambiance and entertainment.

The Sheraton Waikiki has the best pool in Waikiki. The staff at the infinity pool are amazing. Larry and Filipo take good care of you and the wait staff are always making sure you have drinks and food while enjoying a great day at the pool. Love coming and relaxing

Kelly Sanders and the dedicated staff at the Sheraton Waikiki went out of their way during our recent stay there to make our friends and ourselves welcome. They bent over backwards to ensure our comfort and enjoyment and we all cherish the memory of those amazing 5 days. Thank you Kelly and others for enhancing our Waikiki/Starwood experience.

I love the location of Sheraton Waikiki & the infinity pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Several staff members(Jessica at Club Lounge on 30th floor, Logan & Filippo at Infinity Pool) remembered me from my visit in May... I also had a very pleasant experience with Sana at the front desk. Overall, service at the hotel is incredible.

Our overall experience at Sheraton was good to excellent. Our room was adequately spacious and very clean. Breakfast at Kai market offered us vast varieties of food and everything we ate was very tasty. Our experience at the infinity pool was very good. Our server at Edge was very friendly and my wife and I really enjoyed larva flow and shrimp garlic! We also enjoyed all the fun activities the hotel offered us during our stay. If we have to say any negative things about this place would be a front desk was kind of cold when we were checking in and we did not feel a warm welcome. We felt we did not get enough explanation about the resort charge which we were not familiar with. Room cleaning was a little bit inconsistent. The first few days of our stay our room was cleaned perfectly, but after third day they left a dirty glasses on the sink and a few things were not quite right. Having all said, we will still be back to Sheraton for our next stay.

rooms are of good size, but no chair to sit on. Not a lot of size for clothes, no dresser, but some shelves in closet. Patio door didn't lock too good. A lot of noise in late hours because we're on lower floor. Good view of beach and Diamond Head

We are Gold members of starwood. We asked for an upgrade which we are entitled to. Did not get upgraded to club level. Our room had very basic beds not the excellent Sheraton beds we have slept on before. We did not even have a chair in our room let alone a table. I wiil never stay here again or reccomend. This should be a 1 star hotel.

My girlfriend and I couldn't have been more pleased with our visit. From check-in to check-out everything was exceptional.
It's been a long time since either of us have been treated by a hospitality service in a way that shows their gratefulness for our business. You're doing a good thing, so please keep it up.

Rooms were clean and comfortable but found it was a bit of a trek to the room from the hotel elevator area. One of the lamps was broken and the mini-fridge did rattle the lamp a bit, but nothing serious enough to call maintenance over. It would have been nice if there was more than one chair to sit in as there were 2 of us in the room

Perfect location, excellent restaurants and bars!!! Most importantly a well educated and very friendly staff. Derek & Ashley at the front desk were the best I have ever experienced. They were so patient and professional in handling our check in and special requests. Thank you for making my family trip most memorable.

The pool has fun for all ages - great kiddie section for infants and toddlers, a slide that suits young kids as well as big adults, an awesome infinity pool to get away from the kids (ha!) and a beautiful mermaid that entertains the kids while m/d are watching & relaxing on the side.

The hotel is very welcoming . They accommodate you upon your requests. Views are beautiful, hotel ambience Is wonderful .I've stayed here 5 times in the past year and a half . I keep coming back because they treat you superbly and its BEAUTIFUL HOTEL conveniently close to all shopping and restaurants also

Ethan, the pool manager needs training in customer service. He is rude, belittling, and single handedly assured I will never stay at the Sheraton Waikiki again. Did speak with the director of customer service who did a great job in listening to my concerns. Damage was done however. We won't be back.

My mom and I arrived at the Sheraton for a 5 night stay. We were offered a complimentary upgrade to an ocean view room after my original booking in a partial ocean view room. The girl at the front desk (didn't get her name) was very nice and accommodating. I could not ask for better service.
Although the rooms are basic and could use upgrades, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our room to the fullest. The room was clean and the views were to die for! Room service was prompt and the staff was very friendly.
We saw TURTLES swimming in front of the infinity pool almost every day of our stay. We also had a great view of Diamond Head and the pool area.
I read some people had issues with "thin walls". We were lucky not to have this issue. We were on the 7th floor. I slept like a baby and I'm generally a light sleeper.
Only negative....there was a couple of people smoking on their balcony during our stay. I'm a non-smoker and had to return to my room for 10 minutes after enjoying coffee on the balcony to avoid the disgusting smell. I think it would be nice for the hotel to post a "non-smoking" sign on the balconies if they are indeed a non-smoking area. What I consider a smoking "issue" would not stop me from staying at this hotel again.
I certainly recommend this hotel for couples, families and general travel.

This hotel met all our expectations.
Spectacular views from the balcony, an unbelievable infinity poolside experience where all the servers were overly gracious and accommodating.

Amazing pool staff and service.
Really enjoyed the yoga classes and pool aquatics too!

The Sheraton at Wikiki was an excellent family experience for all. The customer service, restaurants, views and cleanliness were superior. Our group of 5 enjoyed breakfast at the resort, dining at Rum Fire, shopping in the lobby. We also experienced a local Oahu parade with Hawaiian traditional singers and local band talent.

Our family of four enjoyed 10 nights at the Sheraton. The location can't be beat. LOVED how close we were to all the shopping and restaurants. Any staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The only room for improvement would be queen beds instead of doubles. All in all we had a great time and plan to return again!

Lots of elevators wait time usually good - but some needed more frequent cleaning/maintenance (info screens not all working, sand on floors), air con on some floors in elevator lobby was insufficient
Pool area didn't have enough sitting area for the number of guests.
Rooms were not as nice as the hotel level should suggest.

I was there with my fiance last week and I used my points for a stay but I found out that there were $31 resort fee that I had to pay which was disappointing because I was not notified when making reservation. Pool was good but the bar was little overpriced. Late check out was good but I had to change room in the morning.

From the moment we checked in until we checked out 2 days later on our "Staycation" we were greeted with such outstanding customer service that was neither forced or rehearsed. I wish I had more tokens to hand out to these remarkable employees. Mahalo Sheraton Waikiki for even treating your Kamaaina with the Aloha spirit!

Location was ideal. Adult pool was exceptional. It seemed that anyone could walk through the family pool and no one was checking if you were a guest or not. We were disappointed with the rooms, they are dated and in need of updating. The workers were very kind and helpful. The best thing about this hotel was the location.

One evening we went out on our balcony and when we closed the door the latch dropped into place and locked us out there. It was fortunate that I had my phone. Security was able to let us back in.
Then that night the AC failed and we sweated out our last night.
A major downside of this hotel is the number of small children

My one problem was that they wouldn't give me an extra roll of toilet paper as a back up.. I requested it twice.....in 7 days and it was never given to me so I took one off the cart in the hall. I do not understand why there wasn't one on the shelf in the closet and on the shelf in the bathroom at all times as a back up.

While the outside amenities were very updated and nice, the rooms were very outdated and looked old. There were no dressers in the room so we had to live out of our suitcases which was not appreciated. Bathtub was very old and had stains and bumps on the bottom of the tub.
Would've been nice to have a chair in the room.

I was not happy about location of room on the week-end, when the front desk knows thier is live music right under me until after midnight, it would of been nice to let me know. I had to change the room just to get some rest. So I was not happy at all about the change of room or not being told upfront when I checked in.

It is always a pleasure to stay at the Sheraton Waikiki. I have just returned home after a wonderful two weeks. The staff are great, with a very helpful attitude - especially the Guest Experience Manager, Sheri Thom, who is a real asset and who exemplifies the spirit of Aloha!
