My partner and I recently stayed at your facility, 5/28 - 5/31/2016, while attending an annual family event in Orlando.
We are experienced, discerning travelers and found that your recently renovated facility exceeded our expectations in all areas, including: $value, accessibility, parking availability, check-in procedure, staff friendliness and helpfulness, general cleanliness and aesthetic appeal, suite aesthetics and cleanliness and spaciousness.
The hot breakfast buffet was a daily favorite of mine!
The daily parking fee for guests, I feel, should be waived, given the airport location of this property as compared to a downtown location, where guest parking fees are typically charged.
My partner and I will stay at this property in the future. We highly recommend this SPG property and give special recognition to all staff members.

Arrived late to the hotel and was warmly greeted by the front desk clerk which was nice since the shuttle drive from the airport was anything but warm and friendly. The hotel was very clean and recently renovated. The rooms were well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. The food I bought (sandwiches) out of the cooler were beyond disgusting (bread wet with moisture, bland taste) and thrown own. Overall, a good experience minus the shuttle driver and food.

I stayed for two nights here for a quick trip to Universal Studios and was very happy with my stay. Although I was not close to Universal Studios (I chose to stay further away to stay with a hotel running the Triple Up bonus) I found it super easy to get to and from Universal Studios by Uber. The room was clean and quiet, I slept great. Everyone was nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

So this has to be the coolest bunch of people! My friend and I herd horrible noises coming from our room. So we ran down to the front desk. They escorted us back to our room safety! It was just the clock radio alarm. I've never laughed so hard! Thanks guys

I am very impressed with the respect and generosity of the staff in every department. Everyone worked together to create a peaceful atmosphere even in a time of stress. I am very disappointed with SPG and the lack of information and communication between the departments. I want to personally thank the Staff at the front desk for explaining the program to me.

We stayed just one night. With an early flight in the morning. So close to the airport. Everything was great!! Room was clean and quite. Check in was easy. Staff was very helpful. My son enjoyed the half indoor pool. Beds and pillows were great! Bar drinks were good. I would stay here again!!

Great location and a very comfortable place to stay. The property has been renovated it seems and the suites are modern and huge. Clean, spacious, and well maintained. The pool area is excellent with a hot tub and small fitness facility which are ideally situated. You can easily order food/drink from the pool. All the Service I received was professional and cordial. Food and drink is pretty good. I am a frequent business traveler and you will be hard pressed to find better anywhere at this price point.

Had to attend a nearby dance convention for our daughter and we decided to book the Sheraton in advance. Made a slight booboo and booked our overnight weekend stay for the wrong day! Front desk staff (Nahir) and Mr. Shuttle Driver were so accommodating it was a relief for our frazzled nerves. Super thumbs up!!!

As a platinum member this was my worst SPG experience ever. At 3 am water was raining down from the room above in the bathroom over the tub. As my children were sleeping I did not call the front desk to complain and I would have had to walk there as the phones were not working. When I mentioned it at checkout they did mention it was unfortunate and they would look into it. Seeing the rust on the access panel gave the impression that this was not an isolated incident.
The overall cleanliness seemed below par for the SPG brand as well.
II would not consider this hotel again if in Orlando and would drive further to remain with the brand

Recently my parents and myself and partner flew from Tucson to Orlando on our way to Vero Beach for a family reunion. Since we were getting in late, we decided to spend the night and drive out the next day.
We had two king suite rooms, one ADA accessible for my parents. On check in they did not have this preference noted, but were able to accommodate us no problem.
Since we arrived before 11 pm, we were able to have dinner in the restuarant/bar. Service was polite and quick, and the food was excellent.
My only complaint was the rooms had a musty smell that occurs in humid climates, but once the air got circulating it dissipated.

Didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly pleased. Hotel was clean, ALL of the staff was very friendly, especially the two male bartenders and the shuttle drivers. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

The Sheraton "Stellar" Suites Orlando Airport gave us a stellar performance: marvelous, outstanding, superb, first-rate, out of this world, heavenly, dazzling. From the moment from the online (1st night) request and (2nd night) reservations, to check in, room, amenities, food and shuttle our family of 5 all agree that this the the "best ever," hotel. Without going into our "nightmare" airline travel trip, this helped tremendously to decompress from a 3 year old grandsons meltdown and the 4 month old granddaughters basic needs and our own personal disappointments. It was really nice to find that restful, relaxing, haven in the Sheraton to start the trip home again the next day. The staff we have the joy of interacting with were from the front desk, Jessica, Rachel, Megan, Nahir, Juliana, to housekeeping Melissa. The buffet was delicious and worth the $13.00 especially due to Cecilia's getting it freshened up right before it was to close down. Along with Jimmy's customer service we enjoyed the food. Francis the shuttle driver was so kind and understanding as we were going through our airline travel ordeal. Finally, I will alway cherish the memories I made with my 3 year old grandson playing in the pool.

I guess I was here on the first day that they started charging for parking. I travel a lot and pay for parking at a lot of hotels. The rate is not a lot. But, this is a hotel with all surface parking on a suburban lot. Not sure I have ever been charged for pariking at hotel like this. What really set me off is that they are not set up to charge for parking. They have no gates to control who parks and who pays. So, when I checked in, I am given a parking pass that needs to go on my windshield. I have to leave my bags unattented in the lobby and walk back to the car in the pouring rain to put the pass on my dash - all for the privilege of paying for parking. Just raise your room rate and get rid of the parking invconveneince. Otherwise a very nice hotel and a good stay

Rose Angela was the front desk person who greeted us upon arrival and frankly she needs some customer service training .she was short in her answers and abrasive in her speech.maybe she should consider a career where she doesn't have to deal with people.
I have stayed in this location 4 other times and never had an unpleasant experience. The front desk people have always been very curteous this is the only time I felt uncomfortable.

Hotel was so clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very professional and welcoming. The fitness room was very clean and had a excellent variety of equipment for a quick workout. My stay at the hotel was most enjoyable and I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Orlando Airport area.

Our stay here came at the tail end of a Disneyworld trip. We'd been at the larger, overpriced resorts near the park, and though we had a lot of fun there, the customer service, room comfort, cleanliness and food/beverage quality was far higher here at Sheraton Suites Orlando Airport! Not sure how you train your staff to wear constant smiles, but it's working! Super EASY and fast transfer to airport wrapped up our trip home smoothly.

Had and early flight so I stayed at this hotel. The room was nice and well furnished. Not sure if it was a platinum upgrade as all the rooms are technically suites in this property. There is no club lounge, which is a big negative, and they do want you to choose breakfast or points. I chose points because I wasn't looking for any trouble as the other platinum guests suggested regarding breakfast.
The hallways were very loud with kids screaming, would be nice if the hotel reserved a section just for platinum business guests.
Overall good place for a quick one night stay, but many spg options in Orlando that will treat you well if you are Platinum might be better options for longer Orlando stay.

I thought this would be a dive for the points spent, however everything has been newly upgraded and the staff were great. We opted for the breakfast amenity instead of points, because we received breakfast for two valued at 14.95 a person. There is a bit of noise from landing planes, but it would only bother someone that's a light sleeper. We stayed at the Swan at Disney the night before and this hotel was much better as far as furnishings, breakfast quickness, check-in, parking (included). I wish we had just stayed at this hotel the whole weekend. It's still only a 20 min. drive from attractions.

I am a VERY loyal SPG member and I always choose an SPG hotel if possible. This location is excellent, with the exception of the staff working at the internal Starbucks. I went there 2 times during my stay and ordered the same drink - and both of the ladies making it were reading a "how to" book and still did not make my drink correctly. May seem a small thing, but because I am also a loyal Starbucks customer I find this very sad....

First I am going to say that this is NOT the first time I stayed in this hotel.. This is my hotel of choice when I go to Orlando, FL. NEVER before had a bad experience. So let's hope that this was just a "glitch" in the system. Check in was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. now the person covering the shift from 11:00 pm to ??? need some "customer service" training. I called to ask for something and the answer was (in a rude manner) that I had to get downstairs. the room was nice and clean. The issue I had was with the breakfast. I was traveling with family and to additional family members came to stay I went downstairs to ask for an additional voucher for breakfast and the two employees at the counter which by the way were VERY rude said that they didn't have any additional vouchers. but they did had a whole pack in front of them. For me one or two additional vouchers wouldn't hurt at all because it is a buffet. besides there is NO WAY they can actually measure how many people when to the eat breakfast because there are people that eat 2 or 3 plates and there are others that just go for a pastry/coffee etc.

Comfortable hotel with nice room and very good large bed.
Unfortunately (free) wifi connection was very poor in the room.
Gym and pool area are rather basic.
Shuttle service is well organized.

We enjoyed our stay at the sheraton in Orlando. We were also so happy to have the complimentary shuttle bus come to the airport to pick us up. As SPG members, we need the kind of shuttle service that the Sheraton offered to up. We hope that all Starwood properties adopt this policy of transporting their guests from the airport to the hotel. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet and appreciated that our grandchildren under 10 years old ate for free. Our 10 year old grandson also ate for half-price. This is a very nice perk!
