A very nice rehab was done a couple of years ago to the public areas -- clean, fresh, relaxing, attractive. Staff were very kind and thoughtful, in spite of endless lines of checkins. I stay here each time I have an early morning flight, so obviously I think it's a fine airport hotel. My only concern this time was that on a warm April weekend, my room faced West and got very warm in the afternoon into evening. Since the hotel had only its heating on, it was not possible to cool down the room and thus hard to sleep. This is not uncommon in hotels -- why don't they leave the A/C on all year, so one can choose one's room temperature as needed?

This Hotel is located near the London Heathrow airport and the Airport Authority buses called the Hoppa bus, operates to and from the Hotel and the airport terminals, which makes it easier and convenient to travelers from abroad. The Hotel is also beautiful and spacious and provides many conveniences such as room service dining and other facilities. It would have been very helpful, if free Wi-Fi service was offered in the room, as well.

The Sheraton Heathrow is a terrific value and is in a great location for catching early morning flights. The staff always exceeds my expectations with kindness.

Hotels in the West End or Central London are so expensive, I stayed prior to Christmas at Sheraton-Heathrow, bus & tubed into London for @£20 and saved hundreds pounds on a hotel stay in Central London. Sheraton Heathrow has an amazing staff, friendly, courteous etc., room & food excellent, breakfast a must!

My family stayed here for another night before we flied out.
Again we were upgraded to a nice spacious room, plenty of space for a family of 4, great Spg recognition! Service from front desk and concierge was more than adequate and courteous.
Some may say rooms may need upgrading, however we still find them comfortable enough.
I also used the gym in the morning and again very well equipped.
Only thing for improvement is the heating system doesn't seem to work properly in the room.

I just returned from an overseas trip and took my family here for one night.
It was great!
Club room and junior suite for our family of 5 and interconnected as well; so thoughtful! And the comp internet access; all the amenities(slippers;robes...)
Breakfast room and Lounge access provide us what you would expect from a nicely run Sheraton: selection of food and beverage; fresh fruits; and good service. Only thing to bear in mind is it does get very busy in the morning and we had to queue for about 15 minutes to be seated for breakfast. It was worth the waiting though!
Great Value for money!

I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel on my entry to Europe in late September. I liked the facility and staff so much I decided I would return and stay again prior to my return flight to Los Angeles. I found the hotel facilities to be top rate, the rooms spacious and spotless but the best feature of all were the staff. They were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. After a month on the continent I returned to London and reserved a room at the hotel. I flew to Gatwick and took a National Express bus to Heathrow for my flight in the morning. As I made my way to the hotel I discovered that I had lost my cell phone. I was sure I left it on the National Express bus from Gatwick to Heathrow. When I was checking in at the hotel the front desk staff asked about my day and I explained that I had just discovered that I lost my phone. I told them that I had been trying to contact the National Express Lost and Found Department but had not been successful. The staff person (Shirley) immediately took charge and made some inquires for me and by morning my phone had been located. Later I was helped by other staff members as I tried to figure out how to get to the place where my phone was being held for me (and still have time to make my flight). Again, the front desk staff jumped in to action and I recovered my phone and made my flight with time to spare. I was very impressed that the front desk staff made my problem their problem and took it upon themselves to help me resolve my problem. I couldn't be happier with the level of customer service I received at the Sheraton Skyline Hotel. I look forward to staying at the hotel again in the future.

Had a very pleasant stay in a club room with club facilities - I was expecting a club room to be bigger than standard room. Pleasant lounge and very nice staff in the lounge although food average. Also front desk and concierge. The porter who assisted us on arrival was very pleasant and welcoming to the hotel - it was his first day and I am sure he will be a great asset to the Sheraton.
