The hotel staff were extremely courteous and were great ambassadors for their country. The food here was exquisite, I highly recommend going to the Amici A Trattoria and ask for Charles. He was the best!

I caught a 24 hour stomach virus, and during that time, security called me several times to check on me and offered their services. they showed me much compassion during me illness. the reception desk can use a little more friendlyness

Loved the hotel and location, right on a beautiful beach, great pool area. The only thing i would have liked was a frig and microwave in the room. FYI- Food at hotel extremely expensive(exple; Breakfast buttet $25, lunch $38) so ate at local restaurants in the area.

My husband and I recently stayed for 3 nights at the Sheraton Nassau Beach Resort. I had read previous negative reviews on line that almost stopped us from staying. HOWEVER, the reviews were not at all accurate. We had a wonderful stay. The room was emaculate and well stocked with towels. The pool was excellent as was the beach which was right out the door. We stayed on the top floor and had a wonderful view of the beach. The food was more expensive that I expected, but as we ventured away from the hotel, we found that this was the norm for Nassau. The food was great. The hamburger that was sold by the pool was so large that we often split one meal between the two of us. I definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again!

We had a WONDERFUL stay! Staff without exception were EXCEPTIONAL! Beach and room amenities were great! Food was good! We loved our room at beach level. Front desk staff exceptional. SPG dedicated desk for Gold and Platinum and the dedicated staff member there was wonderfully helpful. This is a beautiful spot and a great value. We will absolutely come back next year. Thank you so much Sheraton Nassua!
