A safe and nice option for my required business trip... to an area that doesn't have a lot of safe options. It's not a hotel loaded with business friendly options. No fridge or microwave. Big question about the breakfast buffet... coworkers dropped a chunk of change to eat, and the on the last day of our stay some were told breakfast would be complimentary if they'd given the hostess their room number. I skipped breakfast on the assumption it was not free. Communication on that subject was poorly handled by desk and restaurant staff.

The staff were all very nice, but very disappointed in the room. Called maintenance 4 times because door would not open with key card. Hot water was between very hot and cold. Was woken up 3 times by front desk saying my phone line was crossed with another room.

After a rough check in, (double billed) the staff fixed everything and even took care of some fees I incurred.
The staff though is very professional and most concerned about the guest. The room was great, bathroom door stuck a little bit. But the shower was hot, the room was quiet and the cheesecake is amazing! Fitness room is well equipped and up to date and clean!
The only downside, which may only be temporary (I think) is access to the hotel because of construction. That made it the toughest part of the stay.

Our family has stayed at the Sheraton Houston Brookhollow on several occasions. We are never disappointed. Front desk staff is the friendliest and most accommodating of any hotel we have ever stayed in. Rooms are quite and clean with very comfortable bedding.

Was here for 3 nights on a business trip. Staff was amazing, coffee to go, great front desk service.
Also the shuttle to the Galleria was greatly appreciated.

My wife and I stayed there to attend a family wedding. The front desk staff is well-trained.
The lady helped me on the day of check out. She helped me to book a car at the last minute. Staff at the breakfast was very polite.

Quite frankly I don't usually do these reviews so if you don't hear from me that's a good thing as everything was A OK.
Well, my stay this time was not good. The AC/Heating unit in the room was the absolute noisiest thing I have ever heard and needs repaired. I did not sleep well either night as each time the unit kicked on it was like an alarm clock and it would wake me up. I meant to say something before I left but I was in a rush. Should this happen again I will need to change hotels but I've been staying here for the last 4-5 years.

I would rate it higher but the fact that there was a monster construction road project in front of the hotel 24 hours a day has kept me from doing so. It would have been nice to have been informed of the construction noise before we booked and also at the hotel itself. A much cheaper rate should have been offered considering we couldn't sleep until around 5am when then big pounding stopped but still maintained noise.
Our bathroom sink also backed up and caused a bad smell in the middle of the night and also afternoon.

My best friend and I stayed here to attend a concert and just have some girl time. It was an enjoyable stay - the beds were heaven. My only complaint was that the convenience store was closed so we had to go out to pick up an item. I would stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Having been stayed with Sheraton for over 15 years and many hotel across the country.
This one would be the quality of Sheraton as I expected.
The club lounge is exceeding most other other Sheraton.
Also the promise is very quiet and safe.
Free Parking is another plus
I would strongly recommend this one.

As always, staffs are very friendly. I like rooms with firm matress. New upgrade conference rooms with cushioned carpet and nicely decorated ceil and doors made me feeling like staying in new hotel.
Staffs mades prompt correction on my comments on restroom.

I do understand that you have to be cost effective, but when your competion offers continental breakfast and maybe access to a microwave in the room my choices will go to where I'll get more bang for my buck. Look into upgrading your rooms with those 2 items and you'll have a higher occupancy rate.

Arrived 8/27 at 3AM. No receptionist to be found for five minutes. Had to use my cell phone to call the hotel to get her to come to the desk. Unacceptable. Also unacceptable was her attitude. Room was fine as was breakfast.

When we arrived in our room there was a very foul odor. We went into the bathroom to see what was causing the smell and it was the tub. The tub was clogged, it had sitting water in it. How the room pasted inspection for guest I have no idea. I'm an SPG member of many years and this is not the first time I have had to complain about housekeeping. I recommend SPG improves their housekeeping inspections.

Being a SPG Gold member and have spent quite some nights at different SPG properties, I have been satisfied with how they usually try the best to accommodate with an upgrade, for instance, to the club floor, as long as availability is allowed. I called this hotel one day ahead when i was considering a stay with my family over there just to inquire about the possibility of an upgrade to a club room. To my surprise, the MOD told me that they would not offer any complimentary upgrade to gold members even if vacant rooms are available. Well, we cancelled the reservation and stayed at another property instead which had no problem offering an upgrade as usual. Very disappointing experience overall.

My company made reservations for me with their corporate credit card. However, the staff at the front counter informed me that I had to put the room on my credit card instead. Personally, I would not return to this Hotel because of the front desk staff, and the company I work for is quite upset with the situation.
