I was here for a business function. The snacks and meals that were provided were top quality! I love that they thought to put out low sodium soda water along with all of the other soft drinks.

Check in was excellent, very good knowledge of SPG program. Got call to check on me after i got to room, then area business manager sent chocolates and water. Felt very cared for! Lobby and all very nice, rooms are very solid but might be due up for a refresh soon. Room service food was very good and prompt.

The Sheraton Toronto Airport is a personal favorite of mine when staying in Toronto. The Hotel Guest Services Team was truly exceptional. They were so kind and accommodated a number of change requests my team had during our stay. A special thanks to Ken and Maria they truly may our visit a great one!

The front desk staff at the hotel are tremendous. They have great knowledge of the hotel and the surrounding area. They were great with the kids and made them feel welcome.

the only downside was that my room was a junior suite and the glasses to entertained where in plastic had to call down for glasses should have real glasses in the room

I was at the hotel for a convention and I had a great time! The hotel was comfortable, clean, and easy to get around. The staff were all friendly, and at no point was I thinking about any hotel situation. The hotel and staff made it possible for me to enjoy the convention without any other worries and that is exactly what I hope for when I come to a convention.

We attended a multiple day conference and had a great time. The room rate for the convention was excellent. The beds were very comfy - I generally don't sleep well in any hotel but I slept like a log here. And the breakfast buffet offered had everything you could wish for and kept us fueled until dinner. The staff were all kind and helpful. I'm looking forward to staying again next year!
