Rated 5 out of 5 by Great experience with Sheraton hongkong It was more than fifth time to stay with Sheraton hongkong and this was the best among stays. Manager in frontdesk spend time more than 5 min to look for best room for me and partial harbour view room in 17th floor was perfect for my family. Easy to access to pool and great harbour view! Thank you Sheraton. September 9, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by royal treatment The Tower package has provided perks and services well beyond expectation. Breakfast has been unhurried and sumptuous. The lounge is a nice refuge away from the oppressive heat outside. Staff in the lounge have all been extremely courteous and attentive. There is even afternoon tea and evening cocktails. Also speedy check in and out. September 8, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by The classiest you can get in Hong Kong We stayed in a Towers Deluxe Harbour View Room. Although fairly expensive by common standards, it's actually a vast upgrade over a standard Sheraton room, so overall, it was very good value for money. Service was impeccable, with private lift and check-in facilities, and the same goes for the incredibly polite and welcoming staff across the board - they really make you feel appreciated. The hotel is very conveniently situated in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, so it was a breeze to reach it by Airport Express. The room is what it's all about, and it was absolutely worth every cent, being very spacious for Hong Kong standards. The interior may not be very fashionable, but everything is tastefully decorated and, most of all, practical. The window is a single-piece one and stretches almost floor-to-ceiling, giving the most amazing view of the Hong Kong skyline money can buy - I literally can't stress this enough. Other than that, the bathroom was very classy and the numerous facilities and supplies were maintained and replenished to the last detail. Sheraton is very proud of their "Sweet Sleeper" beds, and I can see why. It felt as if sleeping on a cloud rather than a bed. Air-conditioning was adequate and swift in reacting to changes in temperature and humidity (which shouldn't be underestimated in Hong Kong). The full-service private breakfast for Towers guests on the top floor is another amenity that ought to be emphasised more often. The views are incredible and the same goes for the range of food available, some of which I didn't even know existed. All in all, for the well-off traveller, this hotel should be the clear winner in Hong Kong. It has everything you could possibly wish for, at a price point that doesn't seem that outrageous when compared with competing properties. Make sure you treat yourself with a Towers room, as the added price is well worth the upgrade. March 3, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good hotel, safe choice, but go for the towers! Stayed in the towers and had a good time overall. The suite we stayed in had "courtyard/city view", but we could in fact not see anything else but the opposite hotel building. (This seem to be the standard platinum upgrade - we were not offered anything else.) Large suite, but a bit worn. Nothing fancy. Breakfast spread/buffet was excellent, the view from the tables unbeatable. The tower lounge could be better. The food/beverage selection in the tower lounge was limited and not of the highest quality. Plus it was kind of cramped there, with few chairs. Would probably stay again if the price is right, but I honestly prefer Central over TST areawise. November 13, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent Location There is no complaint about the hotel in terms of location, room comfort or staff service. The only comment is the breakfast buffet menu. The menu is 99% the same without much changes in my monthly stay September 3, 2014

Rated 1 out of 5 by worst sheraton in the world this is my 20 + visit to this hotel and its getting worst every time.... for our anniversary trip i booked a tower room and asked the hotel directly and also my spg ambassador for a room with harbour view to celebrate with a private dinner in our room the hotel was not able to provide one. But we got an upgrade to a suite room with a tiny window in the bedroom and partial view from the writing desk. There is a terrible smell in the room like wet old towels or something like that the carpet and furniture is old and very dirty so you need to wear shoes in the room. The automatic cabinet light doesnt turn off so you have nice lightning all night etc.etc to make it short good location bad rooms and service.Im staying 300 nights a year in hotels and 200 nights in starwood properties so i think i know the business........ Rated 2 out of 5 by time for action This hotel has made a decision not to offer Platinum Guests access to Executive Lounge and breakfast upstairs. The room upgrade is also only offered on request and never ocean view. They have a 12 seat internal room for Platinum members. You can read from the majority of comments that this is not acceptable to Platinum members. If you want us to come back to the hotel make a change. What do you say Mr Woo ??????????? January 24, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good location Location is great as it is close to all the shops and restaurants, and if you have a harbor view room (which I did) it's always nice to see the HK Island side... September 1, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel is walking distance to all our acquantance Room is comfortable, rate is fair, just as what we expect, therefore we pick this hotel all the time. August 31, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Location And View Great location and good staff even better then last time. Harbor view amazing. March 22, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by huge disappointment... Booked two rooms for a visit with friends in HK. I requested ahead of time with the hotel to allow my friends to check-in without deposit as I intend to take the bill and would arrive later that day. Having been assured that it will not be an issue, I was quite please with the flexibility of the front desk staff. However, when I arrived, I learned that the staff had insisted on collecting deposit from my friends earlier. When I inquired the matter, they initially disputed the fact that they had collected the deposit and repeatedly assured me that they had follow through with their promise. So my friend showed them the receipt to prove that they actually took the money...The staff quietly refunded us the deposit and gave us the room key. No apology was offered! I must say I am quite stunned by this episode of event. I had very positive experience with the hotel staff during my past stays. Given this experience, I don't think I will stay at this property again. One other note is that the hotel is under renovation. There are noise on the top level and near cafe (during breakfast time). I found it quite annoying. so beware. July 27, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by The only good thing is the location I recently stayed at the hotel for two nights, and the experience is terrible. Even with my confirmed reservation, and platinum(lifetime gold) status, the hotel still insisted that I prepay for my dinner! There're absolutely no upgrade of any kind when I checked in. After providing my spg number four times (prepaying dinner, two times while having dinner, one time at check out), I still have not received the points! At check out, this guy Tom staffing the gold and platinum line, kept me waiting for 10 mins while doing nothing. After I went up to explain I'm in a hurry, he looked at me and said, I'm busy. I thought I was waiting to clear custom in North Korea! January 8, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Very disappointed Platinum recognition Very very disappointed as a platinum very little recognition, deluxe room considered as platinum upgrade. I will think twice to go back for my next visit to HK. January 26, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Unsatisfactory service for Platinum members As a long time SPG Platinum member, I had very unpleasant experience with hotel guest service. I have stayed at Sheraton HK many time previously and all the restrooms had separate standing showers. This time Sheraton gave me a room that is very expensive and it is without a standing shower. I then asked to change to a room with one but instead experienced poor customer service from the staff. As a Platinum member I expected to much better service and response from SPG hotel and is extremely disappointed. April 11, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Executive "Lounge" is the WORST in the world! The Executive "Lounge" at the Sheraton Hong Kong is the worst Starwood lounge that I've ever been to anywhere in the entire world. Yes, the worst and this is from an SPG Platinum that travels 8-10 cointries per year and 125-150 nights per year throughout US, Canada, Europe and Asia. I was especially surprised, given lounges in Asia at SPG hotels are almost always among the best, but not in HK. May 18, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by First Tower experiece I have stayed at this hotel at least 10 times if not more but never in the tower rooms. Well was treated great came early was put up in another room and then they put me in a water view when my room was ready. Great Service thanks again I love this hotel. February 6, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by An unexpected upgrade I was travelling alone on business and was very pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a junior suite. It made my day or two working in the room very peaceful and enjoyable. August 26, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Terrible Hotel This must be worst hotel in Starwood . Room is old , small & needs renovation Staff is incompetent & unaccomodating. Terribly run hotel!!! Platinum means nothing here Club lounge is a converted room!!! Stay anywhere else!!! September 14, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by A pleasure One can always enjoy their stay at the Sheraton hotel and towers Hong Kong as the staff in Towers and cleaning and café are an asset to the hotel. It is not the hotel that make it a nice place to stay, it is the staff that make you want to stay there. August 25, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great location on the Kowloon side Great location close to attractions on the Kowloon side and very convenient to the subway. Good, efficient service with the entire staff very friendly and acknowledging the guest throughout the property. Rooms are on the small side. Near perfect stay with the exception of construction on the floor above me that was acknowledged during check in so I can't really blame the hotel. August 23, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awsome stay again Great stay good recognition what more can I stay love this hotel stay here at least 8 or 10 times a year. December 5, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wow! Amazing Experience! Our stay at the Sheraton was nothing short of amazing. The room configuration in the one bedroom suite was perfect for a couple with a five year old. We made full use of the facilities including spa (Mik was a sensational massage therapist) and roof top pool. The staff at all levels from the concierge, to reception, the cafe and restaurants were all super friendly and warm. Their professionalism stuck the right balance between personable and polished. The tour office was well informed and helpful both day and night. Thank you for making our family trip so enjoyable. We cant wait to come back! June 4, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by far below expectations I am a platinum Starwood member. The value of being platinum is the room upgrades and perks associated with the loyalty you give to the Starwood brand. Well, any perk was absent from this hotel. The "lounge" was a windowless small room on a low floor that was uncomfortable to hang out in (compared to top floor, full view, gorgeous lounges in Sheraton Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen). As well breakfast was not served in the lounge but in regular restaurant further limiting the Platinum value. My "upgraded room" was tiny and a low floor, shabby and smelly. Beyond the lack of benefits, the hotel was overpriced and in a far from relaxing neighborhood. Upon walking outside the hotel doors, you were harassed by vendors selling cheap watches and handbags. In the future I will forgo the points accrual (since there were no other benefits) and stay at a hotel in Admiralty. A much better location and value April 21, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Rooms very small. No Platinum recognition Thought I'd give the hotel a go after avoiding it for while. New rooms are well furnished but extremely small especially for the price. I'm SPG Platinum which normally gets a room upgrade but this was not evident in this hotel. I can't imagine they have a smaller room or a worse view than the one I got. July 11, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Sleepless Nights in Hong Kong When I checked in I was given the corner room which had the attached Lift !(#1548) with great noice , sleep is what we business man look for and pay for when we have a long day ahead of us Will always appreciate the staff who was kind to shift me the next day but I missed two important appointments which can never be compensated August 23, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by new experience My second stay in this hotel. How different from my first stay. Room in Towers with great staff. Friendly, really interested in the guests, helpful etc. Compliments to Mr Charles Woo and his staff. Looking forward to my next stay in Sheraton Towers. August 23, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Service Back again had a great stay. What I really noticed was the amazing service from the staff especially from room cleaning. Usually I am in and out in one day but this time I was here for 4 days and really enjoyed the service of this hotel. June 4, 2014
