Rated 5 out of 5 by jcherie82 Nice spacious room
I stayed for three nights in a standard double room. the room was very spacious and clean. my only complaint is that the bathroom was a little small. The hotel is in a great location and is perfect for family's. the staff is very nice and courteous and always offers prompt service when needed. The shuttle was a nice perk too! they run every half an hour to disneyland. I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering staying here!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Steven61 Very Poor service....
Upon arrival, Bell hop made our 82 year old parents stand in the rain and unload their car as well as us! We were there with a wedding party. As you know the Storm wheather was the worst we've seen in years with terrible down pours. The bell hop was very unproffesional and rude, as we got to our room at 12:30pm with a wedding time of 3:30 the 3 girls and mom and dad need to get ready and have something to eat, so I called room service to have them bring food up to the room... guess what you don't have room service!!! what kind of hotel does not have room service at 12 in the afternoon? So I went down stair to oder from the restuarant and what do I see... 4 waiters doing absolutly nothing, well I ordered 6 togo sandwhiches and back to the rooms I go. Mom and Dad eat and so did the girls in a panic because of the stress I was now under having to run around unexpectedly, We made it to the wedding in time and all was well until after the wedding and we came back to the hotel for a cocktail and appetizers. We entered the hotel and sat down next to a very cozy fireplace dressed in our wedding attire and expecting a waitress to stop by and take our oder. Keep in mind it is only 10pm... not one staff or employee says a word as the keep walking by, I figured I would just walk up to the Bar and see if it was still open. You know what I saw? an empty bar... except for the 4 employees ( 1 manager,Cook, bar tender, and waiter) standing there whatching us. Well I ordered our drinks and the appetizers carried all 8 drinks in three trips, back to the seating area and thought to myself really! this is the Sheraton? I thought this was a service industry were the customer was first.

I always look forward to my visits to the Sheraton Anaheim Hotel. The staff (Maureen, Len and everyone at the Welcome Desk) are courteous and eager to help you. I am impressed that they always remember me though it may have been a few months since my last visit. The rooms are comfortable, clean with ample desk space & outlets for your electronic needs. The pool and jacuzzi are a great guest amenity when you need to relax after a fun-filled day at the resort. The shuttle to Disneyland is another great perk when staying here so you do not have to move your vehicle. Though the guestroom bathrooms are in need of a refresh, the staff and great rate paid per night make up for this. I will definitely be back!

My friends and I stayed at this wonderful hotel for the NAMM convention. It was conveniently located near the freeway but also very close to the convention center. Room was very comfortable and staff was awesome. Look forward to staying here again soon!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Alex1960 Not a business hotel
First of all, 40 minutes to check in, at 9pm...
Then I wrongly assumed that, being in a Sheraton, Wifi was included. Not the case. 10$! But the connection didn't not work. I could personnally never even connect to the first place, then my two colleagues were charged but could not access internet. One had a very slow connection, could not work, and was told there was too many people online ! 10$ to have a crowded connection. For the other one, couldn't even access internet. We all 3 call the internet assistance: it's a AT&T help line! Meaning we each lost 30 minutes again with zero results, because the help line couldn't help!

Exceptional staff - accommodating, friendly, and happy. The room was huge and very clean. Restaurant food was very good and priced reasonably - we had good family meals there. Did not use the fitness room or pool but both looked kept up and clean. Shuttles ran on time and each driver was entertaining. Will definitely stay there again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by KJL3000 Keep getting worse: stay at another property
This was my second stay since last December. Requested for Gold SPG late checkout and got reluctant 2pm approval from front desk. Kept do not disturb tag on the door. Regardless, house cleaning knocking on the door starting at noon. Then even housekeeping manager waiting at the door from 1:30pm till I walk out at 1:50pm, giving the most nasty stare for not leaving early as if I was a criminal. The worst experience ever. Brought back the bad memory of seeing cockroaches in the bathroom last December stay. Mistake I will never make again. Highly recommend not staying at this property.

We have stayed here in the past & decided to try the hotel out again since it was a Starwood. I checked in and we were with 2 other parties for the weekend. I was checked into a room that was not renovated & had a motel feel to it. I peeked into one of our friends room & it was renovated. So I requested to get moved to a renovated room next to her room which was 2158, so I requested 2160 which was my original room they were going to check me into upon checkin. I spoke to a Kim & she tells me that 2160 is no longer avail. Since we wanted to be altogether in the same wing, I requested to upgrade to the corner suite 2162 & was told to come down & get my new keys. My girlfriend decides she wants to be closer to our room, calls downstairs & a gentleman tells her 2160 is available! My gripe is why did Kim tell me 2160 was not avail & I was subject to upgrade and she sold me on an upsell to a suite! In addition, the bell staff was very unhelpful, unattentive & did not offer to ask if we needed help with our bags. We also came back from the local grocery store & they did not offer to assist us with the bags, but just gave us a cart to wheel our own groceries up to the room & told us to return the cart when we were done. Lastly, the lounge messed up on our to go order & when we came back to the room, we discovered that one of the orders were incorrect & told me to come back down and switch it out. Are you kidding me???? You are the one who messed up the order & could not bring it up to me? Absolutely, disappointed with our recent stay & staff just so unhelpful

Rated 1 out of 5 by michael5449 Never again
I'm writing this review while sitting here in my first floor room on a dirty chair covered with a towel, trying to not look at the filthy carpet and grungy walls (would post picture if site allowed). This hotel will now earn the lowest rating of a Sheraton from this SPG member. I'm regretting this choice - should have stayed at Garden Grove Sheraton (my usual choice). This hotel is OLD, rundown and needs to be torn down: the toilet ran all night; the walls are paper thin so you can hear the screaming tantrums of children; the furniture is old and beat up... just depressing that Sheraton attaches their name to this property. I wish I had read the reviews before I booked. Don't waste your money, time or vacation on this property. PS: As noted by other reviewers, this hotel will NOT honor your gold/platinum level if you are a loyal SPG customer.

Found the hotel clean and presentable. Breakfast buffet in the morning was fantastic. Excellent wait staff. Maids were very through, and always restocked the complimentary water (qty 2) bottles and Starbucks Coffee in the rooms. They also have Tazo tea!
Perfect spot to view Disneyland fireworks, every night at 9:30 sharp.

Rated 5 out of 5 by mamarose Disneyland Vacation May 27th - 31st
This is a great hotel to stay in since it was close to Disneyland. The staff were friendly and met all our needs. The first night we were there my 5 year old woke up around 10pm and got sick all over the bedding. The staff was quick in responding with the replacement bedding. The shuttles to Disneyland were perfect. The drivers were great. You could watch the fireworks every night from the hotel parking lot. .just make sure you park on the left side of the hotel...we had a lot of fireworks ash on our truck. .but it was well worth it because both my 5 and 8 yr old boys were pretty exhausted by 6 pm every night and we finally got to watch the fireworks show from the hotel parking lot the last night of our vacation. We booked the Family Castle pkg which included the breakfast buffet every day, parking, and Wifi. The buffet was good...the wait staff was excellent. Breakfast is 6-9. The restaurant opens at 5pm. They do have take out menus for the restaurants that deliver to the hotel.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Sorry88 Franchising not such a good idea!
Platinum benefits are all over the place, depends on the Hotel. At this one members pay for breakfast and parking. If your happy with a cup of coffee and muffin then your home. I could not even get them to put water in the room.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Grumpy Great staff!
We stay here every time we visit Disneyland. The staff is great, super friendly and always go out of their way to make sure we enjoy our stay.
We love the shuttle service to and from the park every 30 minutes. The drivers are nice and the shuttles are clean.
The rooms have a mini fridge and are clean. The only issue we had the last stay was a slow draining tub. The hotels store has a good variety of snacks as well as sandwiches.
I would definitely recommend staying here.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Joe10 Thanksgiving Night Staff Manager - Very Unprofessional
Platinum member, I have stayed at hotel a number of times with my family. Checked into the hotel late on Thanksgiving evening and the night time manager on duty was completely unprofessional and rude. It was approximately 8:00pm at night and you could clearly tell that she wanted to be anywhere but work, almost made the guests feel like we were putting her out. No welcome, no pleasantries no room upgrade. Made a huge issue about a roll away request. Demanded that I pay for the roll away and she was rude about it, totally uncalled for. I have stayed at the hotel many times before and a charge of $15 was never demanded for the roll away because of my platinum status. I politely asked if she would waive the fee and she rudely said no and your status doesn't matter, "all guests pay the fee" I declined the roll away with the associated fee. She was so rude in fact that the manager of house keeping must have been called by the other desk staff member that witnessed the rudeness because she and a co-worker brought me the roll away for my daughter and profusely apologized for the manager's behavior. She told me that there would be no charge for the roll away and she thanked me for the business. Very nice and it was just a shame that she had to apologize for the manager.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kellie9999 This hotel has so much to offer
I stayed at this hotel for business; upon my arrival I was greeted immediately. My check in was fast and the staff was very polite and helpful. On my way to the room the porter explained the layout of the hotel dining times etc. My suite was very comfortable a little out dated but still very comfortable. I have several trips coming up next year and plan to stay at the Four Points Sheraton in Anaheim again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by TexasMojo1 Beautiful grounds!
This Sheraton is definitely one of the best! It has beautiful grounds--landscaping is just gorgeous! The lobby area is ultra nice, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is just one drawback to such a wonderful place to stay: the laundry facilities leave a lot to be desired. It is located by the pool, is not enclosed (only has lattice work on two sides with third side coming off the pool house) and has only three washers and four dryers. While this was a bit of a disappointment, I would not let it keep me from staying there again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Hardin11 Absolutely no consideration on the part of the manager
This was a family reunion. I paid for another night at the other Sheraton the same weekend and am paying for my other family members who are at this hotel for 3 nights. I am a Life time gold member and a Platinum member. My husband is ill and I called to ask if I could cancel. Spoke to the manager and he did not care and said I had to pay in full. I have canceled with other SPG hotels on rare occasion. They have always shown consideration because of the level of loyalty I have shown to SPG. I feel very angry and frustrated. Take it for what you will....by the way, this hotel is dated and need renovation.

Rated 2 out of 5 by nette58 needs some better maintence
The first room we were sent to smelled real musty and the halls smelled, ceiling panels were missing in hallway. Carpet was dirty and dated. The second room had really hard beds, kids making noise untill 3:30 A.M. Carpet was dirty, windows dirty, carpet wasnt vacumed well still had stuff from previous guest. Toilet had pee and dirt around back ( i have pictures of this ) and shower kept going hot and cold but never really stayed to hot. We didnt get a good nights sleep and there were 4 of us, the sheets are also very ruff not soft at all.
The grounds are very pretty and otherwise it is a great looking hotel they just need to keep up some stuff in rooms better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ggo1 what is everyone talking about?
I was a bit hesitant about this place because I had read bad reviews after I booked it for the weekend. But we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was very nice, clean, and the staff was very nice. We even got a room where we got to see the Disneyland fireworks from our window! If you plan to go to Disneyland and need a place to stay, this is it...Oh! if you are looking for a good place to eat go to Carolinas Italian Restaurant in Garden Grove. Its very good!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Vicki62 Exceeded my expectations
This was our first stay. We have stayed at the Disney Resorts many times, but didn't want to spend the money this time. The lobby is very nice, the courtyard is beautiful. We had the koi pond outside our back door, which is a nice feature. We needed the help of a maintenance engineer for a minor problem with the back door. He fixed the problem quickly and joked and teased with us. The staff were all exceptionally friendly. I went with my two adult daughters and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Rated 3 out of 5 by ATT14 The hotel has very poor staff
AT&T spent a good amount on this function and booked tons of rooms. During breakfast, lunch and dinner the staff was rude and disrespectful to our vendors. Worst service I have ever experienced in a Starwood property! One situtation was very uncomfortable as the bartender in the bar was simply beligerent with guests from our party. Shouting match , very unprofessioinal and disrespectul I will never recommend this hotel .

Rated 5 out of 5 by Salpan A Great Disneyland Stay
My husband and I stay at this hotel often and cannot say enough about the attentive staff in all areas from the front desk to the shuttle drivers. They are warm, friendly and very willing to help in any way. The rooms are clean, roomy and the bedding is heavenly. It's a great location, a 5 minute shuttle ride to Disneyland and convenient to come back on the frequently run shuttles to take a dip in the pool or a nap when it gets hot and crowded at the Park.
Anaheim has some really great restaurants, but if you want to stay in the hotel, the Burger and the Asian Chicken Salad are our favorites, but all the Sheraton Anaheim's food is great. They even have a little deli inside the hotel for snacks and sandwiches. If you are going to Disneyland and want good value for a reasonable amount, this is your place!

We always stay at Starwood Properties and this time I was not happy. When I booked my reservation I asked for a suite however when I arrived not only did they not have a suite I was then charged for a roll away.
I was aslo not happy that I had to pay for parking. At this been disclosed when making the reservation it would have been ok.
I realize that there was a big race and that is why we where there but the staff was not at all accomidating to our needs and very rude..

Rated 5 out of 5 Fantastic Experience
Everything about this hotel is impressive & the staff makes it that way. Every single employee I saw had a smile, a welcome greeting & asked if they could be of any assistance. Everyone appeared to love their job & their pride in the property shows. I believe this comes from the "top" & filters throughout the organization. The property is well kept, service is impecable & the food/beverage fantastic. Shuttle drivers were especially friendly & entertaining.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Disneylandpassholdergrma The hotel is in need of upkeep
We have stayed at this hotel for years but we are ready to make a change. Anaheim was in a heat waveand tempertures reached 108 and 102 while we were there The room was not air conditioned when we arrived and it took all night to cool down which made it difficult to sleep The hallways were not air conditioned until Friday and the temperature was unbearable. A food tray at the next room was left there 24 hours and we had young children that had to avoid it in our party. The rooms were spacious but the carpet is in need of cleaning and the pillows were all big and uncomfortable. The shuttle to Disneyland is always a nice perk but one of the drivers seemed grumpy when in years past the drivers seemed quite pleasant. The pool was a welcome relieve but pool chairs and tables were in disrepair and the pool area was in need of cleaning.
