Pas de wifi gratuit dans les chambres, ce qui est fort regrétable à l'époque actuelle

Rated 1 out of 5 by Kalachar Terrible suites and awful cigarette smell
I reserved a room in this hotel for 5 nights and used 5 of my suites nights awards to upgrade to a spa suite. Upon arrival in the suite there was an awful cigarette smell. I asked to be moved to a different suite, the hotel told me they did not have any other suites available and could move me to a regular room if I didn't want to stay in the current room because of the smell and added that they would not refund the suite nights award. Terrible hotel and terrible service. We ended-up moving to a different hotel. SPG guest services contacted the hotel to get the credit and the hotel refused. The cleanliness of this hotel is below standard for an SPG within that category and the courtesy of the staff is a fair bit below standard. Unless you are on business and absolutely need the location GO ELSEWHERE!

Hotel is centrally located and have always used for business travel as well as for personal travel. Good value for the price. Staff is professional and services are great.

The room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located close to everything we wanted to see from theatres, to great restaurants to the new Ripley's aquarium. The underground pathway makes many places reachable without going outside.

Excellent service by Brian at the front desk. I had a bad cold during my stay and the Club Lounge staff (Bradley and Joanna) took excellent care of me, bringing me hot lemon and honey drinks. Their extra care was very much appreciated.

We had a perfect 25th Anniversary celebration at the Sheraton. They surprised us by an upgrade to a suite and gave us Club access to commemorate the milestone.
Buffet breakfast was amazing in BnB.
Special thanks to Tammy at check in and Anil in BnB. The service and recognition was the best!
