I regularly check in during the late evening and the front desk clerks, who are always standing at the ready, go out of their way to promptly assist me. In addition, the manager comes out and has made suggestions to make my stay even better. The standard here is a high level of service, despite the fact there are usually large groups from the aviation industry checking in too.

I'm glad we stayed here to escape tje city crowds. Bus and ferry services made commuting easy and quick although the ferry is expensive. Don't drink at the bar down stairs, very expensive, make your way around the corner to Houligans to eat and drink. Fabulous room with matching view.

The view of the NYC skyline is stunning. The rooms are spacious and it's easy to get to NY from the hotel. Everything and everyone at the hotel is wonderful.

I needed help on getting a folio from past stay. The person on the phone (his name is Usef) played phone games with me .. putting me on hold,, and I waited fro 20+ mins with no end resolution.

Chosen for it's location for a Family Wedding Venue providing lovely views of Hudson and NY City Skyline.Well appointed rooms. Booked a Suite for Wedding prep. Well worth the cost. Night views are spectacular. Some confusion of room availability upon arrival, eventually worked out. Management sent up a bottle of Champagne and cheese/fruit platter as offering of apology. Very nice touch. Added plus the only restaurant within the hotel, Masina Tratoria, accommodated with a wonderful Family breakfast brunch. Wonderful staff, excellent food.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights during a business trip. It has a nice view of the NYC skyline, but for some reason rewards members/guests don't get the rooms with views. I had a lovely construction view instead. But, I was not there for the view, so to focus on what really matters, the room was nice, amenities adequate and hotel overall was good. The only negative was the odd floor plan of the room, which required the bathroom door to be shut in order to walk into the bed area.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated, and the staff friendly and helpful. The location is ideal with the view of NYC and closeness to catching the ferry to go into the city.

We have been staying at this hotel each year for our anniversary celebration. This year, upon checking out, I noticed that our ferry trip nor our parking was included in the price. The email offer I had responded to clearly promised these extras. Paying extra for these things was not important. However, the way the front desk dismissed me, told me there was nothing that they could do and told me to write to the "main office" was embarrassing and humiliating. I will not return.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, and I really like it. One quibble from my most recent visit: on our first night, there was no water bottle in the room, that one that they leave on the coffee table and charge you four bucks for if you drink it. So we never drink it. My wife said, "Finally they got that $4 water bottle out of here." The next day it was back. When we checked out, we were told that they would send us the invoice via e-mail, and sure enough, the missing water bottle was on it. I left a message to call me and take it off, and I never heard anything back from them. Lesson: don't let them e-mail your invoice at checkout.

Great hotel stayed many times. I was disappointed with the selection of t.v. channels. I would have called the front desk and let them know but I didn't want to waste time seeing it was a short stay and t.v. wasn't my top priority. It would have been nice to watch some t.v. the few hours I was in the room

I arrived at the hotel and asked for a Harbor view room if available not knowing all rooms are Harbor view. The agent changed my room from Starwood Guest high floor to the 2nd floor and told me it is a Harbor view room. I went to the room and found out there are multiple Air Conditioning units right outside my Windows, forget about Harbor view. The hotel agent did to me was unprofessional and I should have asked for refund. It was the worst experience I ever had as a 10 years Platinum member. I will never stay in this hotel again.

The purpose of our trip was to drop our daughter off at college and get her settled in. Our stay went very well. We enjoyed use of the lounge and our room was accommodating with room to hold all of her stuff for her dorm. We were very close to Stevens Inst of Tech and all of the shopping we needed to do.

We were in NYC to move our daughter into Pratt and as many of you may know it is always an extremely stressful experience. The staff at the Lincoln Harbor made our two nights an absolute stress reducer from the front desk to our Heavenly bed to the Club lounge and the expresso martins in the lobby lounge everyone was most accommodating . We are looking forward to our next stay.

The hotel was great the panoramic room amazing, booked it for my daughters wedding and we took some amazing pictures. I asked for a 2:00 o'clock check out and was accommodated right away while other hotels wouldn't . Yes I will stay here again!

This hotel was easy to get to, and access to Manhattan was fairly easy either by car, bus or water taxi. Addie at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay which included multiple unplanned extensions. The suite was spectacular with a great view of Manhattan. The club lounge was nice, though breakfast selection was disappointing.

this hotel fell short of my expectations when staying at a hotel associated with the Starwood brand.i would expect that when something is going on in the general area of the hotel that might disturb my stay that i would be notified prior to booking that hotel or at least upon check in. a building was recently demolished and a rather noisy clean was taking place at an early start daily. the morning after our first nights stay a call was made to the front desk at approximately 8am with a request to be moved to another room, the clerk (Ashia) said that she would look into the possibility of moving us and call back. i waited in the room for 45minutes. the call never came, not that day or the following 2 days of our stay. this matter is very disappointing and not at all what i expect from anyone employed by Starwood. As property owners through Starwood Vacation Ownership this is something that i would never expect and the negative experience will last quite sometime. please ensure that the General Manager at this hotel gets back to me promptly.

We reserved a room with a pull out sofa as we had 2 adults and 2 children. Having reserved this previously and not getting it I called to make sure we would have a pull out sofa in the room. The staff member had no idea why I was calling and kept asking me what kind of bed I had in the room and could not find my reservation. She finally transferred me to a manager and everything was sorted. Then the check in person could not tell me if my room had a pull out sofa because he was not familiar with all of the rooms!! So after reserving a room for 4 people, calling, and then discussing that we needed a pull out sofa, why would we not have the bedding for this sofa?!?! When we called down to have the bed made up, there was no apology. After waiting for some time, the phone rang that we had a do not disturb sign on the door and the staff member did not want to knock? So you phoned! We were so confused, we called to have the bed made, of course they should knock!! The cherry on this horrific stay was that the kitchen was not in full working capacity, so we were unable to have room service Sunday evening. It was an expensive stay, too bad the quality did not match the price!

There was a bug in the bed which I brought to the desk.
The shower didn't work
The mattess seriously sloped down on one side- so much so that in the middle of the night I slid out of bed.
Room smelled musty.

The building looks run down but the rooms are renovated and well appointed.
Staff is top notch notably Michael B. at the front desk in the morning who remembered my name the next day and help me take care of several tasks. The staff at the restaurant Masala were great too. I was here for 2 weeks for work and the time flew by.

The bar and restaurant are in great need of upgrading. Poor to average lighting, atmosphere, decor. Not a place you really "want" to go. Club Room facilities on the 10th floor were much too small and the food servings were average or less. You expect more if you are paying extra for this. A ripoff would be the best way I would describe paying for this amenity.
