Recommend that you:
* Better staff front desk to avoid long lines at check in and check out
* return access by Gold SPG members to club
* Brasserie is quite overpriced

We were underwhelmed with this Sheraton during our recent stay. Reception staff were unaware of a current SPG program for top SPG members (Crossover Rewards) and thus welcome points were not awarded. Facilities are very worn and cleanliness was not up to the usual Sheraton standard. I stay at Sheratons throughout Asia and elsewhere, and was sad to see this property so lacking

Rated 5 out of 5 by Leyann A great experience
As a frequent traveler, I was used to a certain level of comfort at the hotels where I stayed, e.g. in Bangkok or in the Seychelles. That is the reason why I was a bit reluctant to stay in an hotel located in the heart of the CDG airport. However, I have to admit I wasn't expecting such calm, luxury and services. The Sheraton hotel was really a great experience, especially considering the young but skilled staff who welcomed me notwithstanding a quite late arrival (10 or 11pm) at the reception desk. He was very polite, kind and attentive. Considering the bedroom, it was very large and well-equipped, and incredibly silent considering the planes taking off and landing just in front of my window. This was really appreciable, and my stay a great experience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Babulous Overall god experience
My husband and I stay at this hotel (CDG airport) 3-4 times a year. I always request two bathrobes and every time we arrive there is only one in the room. Housekeeping is very prompt bringing the second one once we call. The bar service is very slow and the food quality is atrocious; this has been the case over the years we have been staying with you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Vincos Best Option at CDG
This hotel gets top votes as an Airport Facility. It is the best located property at CDG with direct access to the shuttle train, main train station and Terminal 2 as well as being very attractive from a design standpoint. The welcome was warm and check-in efficient - even though I arrived early in the morning I was graciously offered a room immediately. The Club is well-run and has a lovely variety of edibles at virtually every hour of the day. The room was truly state-of-the-art sound-proofed as advertised and pleasantly-appointed. The hospitality tray, ironing board/iron and complimentary shoe shine are all appreciated extras. The only thing I found a bit disconcerting was the almost constant parade of maids, minibar attendants and porters who don't seem how to knock!

Rated 4 out of 5 by TomTurtle Very good but not perfect
I'm a Starwood platinum and have stayed in a lot of hotels. I like the Sheraton at CDG because it has nice rooms and is so easy for airport access. I've been here before.
Only disappointment on this trip was service in the bistro restaurant. It was slow and poor - our waitress appeared to be trying to get others to do their part but them seemed willfully slow and inefficient. The food was ok.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Andrews4 This made our travel so much easier!
We checked in the night before our departure. It made our travel day so much easier! We didn't have to worry about Paris traffic, getting up early, check in, etc. we got up, checked our luggage, and relaxed until our flight left.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Planner00 Service with a sneer
To end our 10th anniversary trip to Europe we planned our last night in Paris at the Sheraton Paris Airport. The only things good about this hotel was how clean the room was, and how easy it was to catch our flight in the morning. Unfortunately the distainful, uncaring and rude staff at the hotel made those things pale in comparison. The front desk staff were dismissive and sour, the restaurant staff were uncaring. Luckily the housekeeping staff were friendly - the only saving grace.

Hotel was above average and VERY quiet which was amazing as we were next to the runway and jetways. Only complaint was that the pillows were way too soft and bed was lumpy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Rich2809 A fantastic Airport Hotel
I stay in a lot of airport hotels and honestly this one is the best I have ever been in.
Clean, bright rooms, good sized bathrooms and friendly staff.
No need for shuttles as you are in the center of the airport.
Rooms are silent, as is the AC. Club lounge is a little small but ok. breakfast was very good, with a particularly good omelette.
We got on the plane feeling relaxed and rested and that is what you want most from an airport hotel.

Rated 3 out of 5 by JanekR Concierge
I was very unpleasantly surprised by the concierge. When asked to order a taxi G7 made the statement that he does not know this company. It's either incompetence, or lie. I had to wait for another taxi about 15 minutes. This is a joke. Sheraton should not allow such behavior.

Rated 4 out of 5 by stack Staff devoid of customer service
The hotel room was fine but I had been offered via e mail Club Level-which I accepted-no record of it at check in and the staff was brusque and impatient when I inquired. Told me,the floor is full, what I was saying was impossible so I didn't exactly feel welcome. I asked for a quiet room and got one two doors away from the elevator. The room itself was fine but the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. I would not come back here or recommend

Rated 4 out of 5 by Hospice handicapped accessibility and airport transport
My husband had a stroke and hip surgery..he can walk slowly but uses a cane. I contacted the concierge to get a wheelchair and he said it is only a five minute walk to terminal 2 F and there is no wheelchair. Impossible for us with 2 suitcases and hand luggage. He could not have cared less. The same concierge station cut me off twice when I called about the train station.
I called for help getting the luggage downstairs. Thanks to.... WAHID....HE TOOK THE LUGGAGE, ASKED TO BORROW A CAR TO TAKE US TO THE AIRPORT. WHEN WE GOT THERE THE OUTSIDE HANDICAPPED INTERACTIVE VIDEO EMPLOYEE DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH AND HUNG UP...WAHID WENT INSIDE AND FOUND OUT WHERE WE COULD GET A WHEELCHAIR AND HELPED MY HUSBAND TO THE AREA SO I COULD CHECK IN. WAHID WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. HE SHOULD BE RECOGNIZED FOR HIS CARING AND ATTENTION. Due to the train strike we had to take a taxi from La Baule and were exhausted trying to get to the Sheraton. The check in lady was very nice and the room was nice. My husband cannot get into the bathtub. The handicapped bathroom shower was extremely slippery so we had to lay a towel on the surface so he would not slip. Also the hangers would be very high for a person in a wheelchair.
The room had paper on the floor when we arrived and the porter took that out with him. I called the front desk as there was also a towel on the floor...so wanted to make sure we were in the right room.
I like Sheraton and love Starwood, but with taxi, train and others always striking, we will not come back to Paris probably.

I have been staying at this hotel for the past 5 years at lest 3 to 4 times a year. Last week and for the 3rd time, the air condition in the room wasn't working. I called maintenance twice and they coudn't fix it and offer to change room at 10:30 PM which I refused.
It is unacceptable to have this issue again when you charge so much for the room.
For my next visit to France in July, I will try one of your competitor.

Rated 4 out of 5 by cardtraveler Great Airport Hotel
Highly convenient and yet quiet within the CDG terminal 2. My only disappointment was the lack of dining choices.
The 2 restaurants had limited menus and were overpriced. I was forced to look around for simple food items (which were all that I wanted) within the adjoining air and railway terminals. Otherwise I would stay here again to be able to easily connect with an early morning flight.

Love this Airport Hotel. All the comforts and ease you need after long flight from Seattle. Few steps from the terminal to the Hotel. Stay here, train to the city. Station is right below the hotel. Nice upgraded room for a Plat, and lounge is small, but still nice.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Marushka Needs updating
Hallways and rooms could use a major updating. Seems tired and old. Stayed on the club access floor and was too far away from room. Did not care for configuration of hotel. Not much you can do about that, but will not likely stay again. Good for access to train into Paris was only plus.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Wis31 An ideal nice place for the business traveller in CDG
No hotel is more conveniently located in CDG airport. And you will not find any other hotel with such a striking architecture.
The quality and design of rooms are on par with what you expect from a 5* hotel in France.

Rated 2 out of 5 by int1 A horrible experience
Shocked at service. Something bad must have been going on this day for it to be so bad. Have stayed there before but NEVER again. Staff was surly. I'm an American businessman with 35 years of international experience and this was one of my worst hotel experiences. Not what I expected. Can't fathom how they will stay in business.

Rated 5 out of 5 by SKMC Anticipated my needs
I had reserved two rooms, separately. One room had 2 adults and 1 child, the other had 1 adult and 2 children. Not only did the hotel combine my two reservations to ensure we had adjoining rooms, but they had set-up a roll-a-way in each room, in advance of our arrival. Wow! What a way to welcome us! We were thrilled to have the rooms set-up to meet our needs in advance. Thanks so much for looking out for us and giving us a great experience!

This hotel is very quite for a airport hotel and great location you grab your bags and walk right to it. Very clean nice lounge but the sandwiches are a little stale. The service is well were in France what can you expect as good as its going to get.
The metro is right downstairs to Paris and all the convention sites.

We stayed here on 3 occasions during the past 5 weeks. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, particularly the bell staff. The rooms could be a bit larger; however, this is an EXCELLENT airport hotel. Great Starwood Gold recognition. Wish the club lounge was open 24/7.
