Rated 5 out of 5 by We really enjoy staying here! Every year we visit Indianapolis and we stay at the Sheraton (Keystone Crossing). There are many other places that we could where we could stay but we prefer this location because of their excellent level of service. August 25, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Place The staff at the Sheraton were amazing! We booked just a one night stay to get out of town for the weekend because of just getting married that week. The room we booked was just the traditional room with a king size bed. When we arrived, they had upgraded us to a suite and even brought a tray of goodies to congratulate us on our marriage. Very caring people. Everything was very clean and nice. Would recommend this to anyone and would gladly stay again. November 18, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Bar Service Money Lost It is very hard to write a letter concerning how great the staff in the convention center was, and how the registration staff were. However, being the wife of a business owner, it rips me apart to watch bartenders rudely close a bar full of patrons. Tuesday evening on June 10th, 2014 with a bar full of at least 40 people, your bartender gives last call at midnight, with people wanting to spend money in your bar. Not to mention the tips she would have received, for staying open. Then again on Wednesday evening of the 11th, she closes at 12:30, and when I asked her why she would leave money on the table or allow it to walk out the door, her excuse was I did stay open late. The closing time for the bar per the evening manager is when ever they feel it is slow enough. But 2 nights in a row they close and watch money leave. And on Wednesday, your bartender made a comment she could refuse service to anyone, well let me assure you, I have held a bartenders license for over 20 years, and have seen it all. That was totally appalling. This would not ever happen in our establishment, neither the attitude or the loss of revenue. While the hotel is nice, I would not ever recommend it because of ONE employee. AND I understand it is hard to find help in INDIANA with our unemployment, but someone needs to seriously teach them how to treat customers....paying ones at that. June 16, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by 7 days in August Beautiful facility. While I didn't use all the facilities they were available and convenient. Beds are a tad high and perhaps a touch too soft. There was a noise problem on the last evening. The next room had a "sleepover?" With a number of young people having an uproariously good time until the wee hours of the morning. While I was able to sleep through most of it, it was noticed during interrupted sleep. Since the room was a connector, it was the probable source of the carryover. Staff is excellent. August 12, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great with a few minor exceptions Very comfortable, particularly the luxurious bed. But I wish the designers of the updated rooms had thought to place towel racks next to the sink instead of just the one in the bathtub. If they had, maybe I would have been "greener" and not had towels changed every day. Also it is annoying that you have to wait in line at the reception desk behind people checking in just to get something from the convenience store. May 14, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Think Twice Before Arranging a Business Meeting Murphy's Law: What will go wrong will I arrived at approximately midnight and needed to check the meeting room where I was going to give a lecture. They couldn't find the right person to open the door.... I waited nearly 25 minutes and still nothing. I was credited award points for the inconvenience... which is nice... but still, see below! The next day... they couldn't find the boxes that were shipped... but INSISTED the only boxes they received was a box for a different conference by the same company. They finally found it.... 1 hour later. This means my attendees went without their reading material for an hour. The INSISTENCE to the point of embarrassing me is what really offended me. I'm appalled at the way I was treated. One of the reasons I like to check the room before I ever lecture. The power supply wasn't working. It was a simple fix... but caused me to start late. Rated 4 out of 5 by Solid hotel Stayed at Sheraton this past weekend for the USTA Midwest Tennis tournament. Enjoyed using the whirlpool to recover from a long day of tennis. Was surprised that there was no refrigerator in the room. Staff was friendly and inviting. Breakfast buffet has everything I was looking for to fuel up in the morning (except for pancakes!). Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Experience We enjoyed our stay...the staff was great and the breakfast was superb. Alyssa at the front desk was very helpful when we had a question...so appreciated. The gentleman was very helpful when we checked in as well as the waitress at breakfast. The fitness center had lots to offer. We loved how the hotel was connected to Keystone for shopping. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great look and feel...and pet friendly! This hotel looks great, after their recent renovations. It's very comfortable, too. The in-room couches are still a bit too firm (for my taste anyway), but they'll loosen up as they get used. This hotel is pet friendly, and we brought our dog along for her first hotel stay. We all had a great time, and everyone was very friendly to all of us. March 6, 2013

We changed our set up many times throughout the week, with multiple last-minute changes the morning of a session. The staff worked like champs to meet our every need. August 19, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Hotel is nice but A/C and TV worked poorly This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. Overall it is nice but this stay we had two issues that we haven't ran into before. The first was the A/C in our room. Our room would just not cool off no matter how low I set the A/C it just wouldn't get to a comfortable temp. The unit appeared to be working but just wouldn't cool the room off. The second issue was the TV we had to unplug and plug back in our TV everytime our we would lose signal. August 11, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by AV guys great Tonya, Elliot and Jose are wonderful. Very accommodating and helpful. One thing I might suggest is towel holders in bathroom. No where to put hand towel or washrag after use. We were in 827. ohterwise, everything great. Staff seems much friendlier then in the past. pool was freezing.....could not stand to swim! Rated 4 out of 5 by State conference Overall, the hotel was magnificent. Location, rooms and amenities were excellent. My particular room was without hot water 2 mornings, but I honestly did not even have time to report it, we were so busy. Other than this, the room exceeded expectations. Rated 3 out of 5 by Understaffed and dirty The hotel is sold out and the common areas are FILTHY. The concierge room was disgusting and had no services on Friday night or Saturday morning. The hotel is understaffed and service is very slow, friendly and accommodating, but very slow. Ants in meeting room restrooms. June 23, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Seminar and one night stay. I enjoy my time at the Sheraton. The staff always does a nice set up for the seminar that is presented by my compnay. As the seminar coordinator this property always makes my job easier. The newly remodeled rooms are very nice and the beds are always very comfortable. October 7, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by UGH I felt like I was staying in a second rate motel. The staff was nice enough, but no real personality. The sheets and towels were threadbare. I haven't seen those comforters and blankets since 1970s. To top it off, it had a musty smell. For the money, go elsewhere. October 17, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by mis lead I made reservation on phone spoke to what i thought someone whom i could trust , I requested 1 room July 18-21 which i was quoted 119.000 per day, I was coming to Smith Family Reunion .......I drove over 1000 miles to get to check in , Just to be told i didnt have Prepaid rate of 119.00 and had to pay $159 per night .........I Ask to stand aside placed on house phone to call conservation to see they could help. A supervisor could here him . he said he would call the . I will assure Future reunions will not using Sheraton due horrible and iimbbaroson experience July 22, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Up and Down Local hotel that I used for a leisure night out and swimming for kids...pleased with SPG Platinum recognition as they had upgraded me to Club Level before I showed for check-in...pool water was too cold for the kids so they spent more time in the whirlpool...the Club Level room was great but smelled like pool chlorine...on the 12th floor...and when my friend was doing her hair..she heard the flush of another room's toilet and experienced an upsurge of disgusting liquid in her sink...not good at all...but the hotel was nice otherwise...great location by the Fashion Mall and terrific eating places...overall it is what it is...a 3 star Sheraton November 11, 2012
