I needed a single night at short notice (no booking) after I returned my rental car at Thrifty. You found me a room without any fuss and provided me with 100% first class service. As a result I managed to get to my Heathrow flight both refreshed and ready for a new day. Thank you.

needed to be at heathrow very early, this hotel was minutes away. great place to stay the night before our travel.

We loved everything about our stay. Our only disappointment was the setting. On the Athlone and Sheraton website, it talks about and shows photos of being on the banks of the Shannon River and the rolling green hills. You can't see either from the hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our brief but wonderful stay with you. Our room on the Club Floor was lovely as was the Happy Hour we visited & our dinner in your restaurant. My only disappointment was the inability to use my laptop computer in my room without a charge. These days, FREE wireless internet access is in every hotel I've stayed at. Perhaps Sheraton Hotels will consider this change in the future. Thank you.

After spending a week in London, my wife and I enjoyed our stay at your hotel. My choice in town (not my idea) was far less than we expected, so when we arrived at your hotel, we found it spacious, a real treat.

Stayed here a couple of times over the past years when getting in and out of Heathrow. At the beginning this was only the last chocie after a couple of others, now after the refurbish this is one of my top two for staying near heathrow airport.
The front desk staff is very friendly. Soemtimes long lines queue up, but I guess at an airport hotel you just have those peaks that you need to handle best you can. The room quality is very nice now after the refurbishment, and the bed quality is very good. The hotel is quiet,a s it is a bit to the end of the hotel parade aroudn heathrow.
Definitely coming back here.
