I loved everything about this hotel. The pools were fantastic, the staff was so helpful and nice,the food was great. Beach facilities were good. Table games were not operating in the casino when we were there,but other than that, this is a great place to stay

We came to Bahamas on a Carnival Cruise and used the Day Pass offered by Sheraton. It was the best choice we ever made. The pool, beach, swim up bar, and the food was great. We had use of the hotel room and all the facilities for the day (up to 7pm). The service was great too. Because of our visit, we purchased a Starwood vacation package and stayed at the Sheraton Vistana Resort in Orlando, FL. Thank you for your exceptional service. You got a new customer because of it.

The hotel staff were extremely courteous and were great ambassadors for their country. The food here was exquisite, I highly recommend going to the Amici A Trattoria and ask for Charles. He was the best!

I caught a 24 hour stomach virus, and during that time, security called me several times to check on me and offered their services. they showed me much compassion during me illness. the reception desk can use a little more friendlyness

Everyone was friendly and willing to help with anything. Too bad the weather was not that great. Great Staff.

Loved the hotel and location, right on a beautiful beach, great pool area. The only thing i would have liked was a frig and microwave in the room. FYI- Food at hotel extremely expensive(exple; Breakfast buttet $25, lunch $38) so ate at local restaurants in the area.

The Staff very well informed and helpful. The Room - nothing was missing, the view....no words excellent, the Bed so soft. Thank You. I needed the rest
