Rated 5 out of 5 by Made amazing memory with my best friend I stayed at Sheraton Grande right by Tokyo Disney Resort with my best friend and we made an amazing memory! The hotel stuff were so nice and the lady who helped us check-in upgraded our room for free and we got to stay at the room which was on 10th floor facing Tokyo Disney Resort. The hotel was beautiful, the room was clean and comfy, stuff were nice, the breakfast was so delicious, and I seriously cannot think of anything bad. Thank you for the amazing memory and wonderful hospitality! I will definitely come back here again :-) December 8, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Location, superb semi-Olympic pool I stay in this hotel often. It is ideal for an R&R short-trip from Tokyo. Door to door, I can get to Sheraton Tokyo Bay in a little over an hour. The service quality of the staff is excellent. I especially enjoy the semi-Olympic swimming pool and the sauna, usually empty during the mid-day, except for a few kid's swimming classes. It is a delight to see a lot of extremely happy little kids with their families in the large open cafe on the 1st floor. The buffet is good. This hotel is conveniently located nearly in front of the Disney monorail station. You can walk to the hotel in fewer than five minutes or take the hotel bus right in front of the station. On thing: the fitness center has not weights or machines, just a couple of treadmills and the like. I'll be back next week. May 29, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Our favorite Hotel In Tokyo The Sheraton Hotel Tokyo Bay was our favorite in the Tokyo area. The Staff were polite, friendly and extremely helpful. The was a certain ambiance of the reception and public areas. The hotel was clean and tidy in both our room area and the public areas. Our only criticism was that a previous guest had smoked in our bathroom, and the odour had lingered. We enjoyed the food and coffee at the coffee cafe near the main reception area. We will certainly return, and will recommend this hotel to our friends. March 16, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Service provided during my recent stay Prior to my check-in date, I sent 1 luggage from Osaka to the hotel so that I do not have to lug the luggage while visiting other city in Japan. I asked my Japanese friend to contact the hotel to pre-alert them and upon check in, when I check about my luggage, they told me it will be delivered to my room. I was also well received upon arrival at the entrance as i took a taxi from Maihama train station to the hotel. It took me less than 10 mins to check in with detailed explanation by the front desk. I was given a late check out till 4 pm since I check in around 10 pm on the day of arrival. When I do my check out on my last day of stay, I left my luggage with the concierge while I continue my Disneyland activities and by the time I reached the hotel it is already 11 pm and there is no more transport for me to my next destination in Narita except Taxi. As the hotel is in full occupancy, they allowed me to stay around in the lobby till the next morning when the first shuttle starts at 7:07 am. Overall, the service provided by the hotel is excellent and I am very satisfied. September 21, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Bad Experience in the Pool of Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel I was swimming in the pool with goggles & snorkel (FINIS Freestyle Snorkel) at about 10:45am. However at about 12pm I was told by a lifeguard I was not allowed to use the snorkel in the pool. I was puzzled; the lifeguard had noticed my snorkel when I first entered the pool and also when I was using the snorkel for my freestyle. Furthermore upon checking the rules & regulation, I did not notice any indication that snorkel is not allowed in the pool. Through this incident I felt that the hotel has allowed the whim and fancy of its staff in deciding what is allowable & appropriate in the pool. Rules & regulation should clearly indicate the type of swimming apparatus that are allowable in the pool, preferably with photos & pictures so as to avoid confusion & miscommunication. Finally if an apparatus is deemed inappropriate it should be communicated with the hotel guests early. This entire incident lead to me feeling my presence in the pool of Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel is not welcomed & I was deliberately chased out. September 11, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Staff need to improve English Proficiecy and learn how to take care of the needs of sole traveller I had quite a bad experience staying with Sheraton. Firstly, upon checked in at the bay station service counter, and unaware that there is no single double bed rooms, I have requested for change of room and the staff acceded to my requests and when I entered my room and still see a twins sharing, I was upset with the arrangement. It took the staff great pain to explain that there is no "available rooms". Staff should just say that the hotel does not have any rooms with single double bed. Secondly, upon checked out, I had to drag my own luggages to the first floor to take the airport limousine all by myself. There was no one who would offer to help and instead, they gave attentions to families. I perfectly understand that this is family oriented hotel yet you will still have sole travellers whom you need to learn how to take care of. January 9, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by High worker ethic I have stayed in this hotel several times and have several additional visits scheduled this year. It is superbly located right in front of the Disney Hotel station. You can walk it in 3 minutes or take the shuttle from the station to the hotel if it is there. This is a prime example of high work ethic from the top down to every staff. I requested a room with a good view of the fireworks show and surely my wish was fulfilled. The staff are exceptionally attentive and friendly. When I left the Oasis spa one day, the attendant thanked me! My wife and I indulged in a semi-Olympic pool all to ourselves, except for a swim class for 3 year olds taught by an ex Olympics swimmer on the first day and a Chinese couple and their two boys on the second day. Whether you want to visit the Disney parks, land or sea, or just chill, this is the place. June 5, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by This Hotel is not at Sheraton standards worldwide Postive Feedback. The people are very friendly. The food is very good. The location to Disney is perfect Negative feedback This Hotel needs a major upgrade The carpeting throughout the building is stained and needs replacment. The room i stayed in 1145 had stains on the celings and the carpets were dirty and stained. If you are use to world class Sheraton standards, then this hotel is not even close, so i suggest you stay at a different hotel. March 6, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by this hotel is great,but... I'm very happy to answer phone calls for this hotel. They answered me about how to get a TDL passport.,and so on. But,the room is not clean for the price. BedSheet had been broken.Chest is yelloed,maybe by Tabako(smoking). and,I asked them to prepare a birthday surprize.my son,he is five years old.I tell them,he is five,but surprize card says six years old. Rated 2 out of 5 by Clumsy reception I had to wait for check-in. The reception was brusque and was not so comfortable. The wallpaper in the room was slightly peeling off and the carpet in the corridor was dirty. Since the kid in next room made a lot of noise until the midnight, I could not sleep comfortably. Using wireless LAN costed 1000 yen/day. But that was not informed in the information sheet in the room. Overall, the hospitality by the hotel was not so good. November 27, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by SPG means nothing at this hotel SPG is very inconsistent from rest of the world. Also the staff members say one thing, but other member says something else. For example, front person says SPG kid's pass can be used when kids are by themselves. But restaurant manager kicked out our kids saying kids without accompanying adult cannot use it. Also front person asked me what I choose for gift as SPG member. I chose free internet, but they charge on bill. April 12, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel knows how to improve itself! My family was greatly impressed by Sheraton's hospitality posture. When we stayed with the hotel previously, the front desk clerks treated the guests as "trash." This time it's completely different. They welcomed us with friendly chit-chat and handsome treatment. The same things can be said about the restaurant staff and housekeeping. The hotel knows how to train the staff and improve its status with hospitality. December 3, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Always delightful We returned to this hotel another time for R&R just 1 kilometer walking and 3 trains door to door from our residence in Tokyo. In addition to its prime location at Disney, what stands out about the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay is its outstanding service, from leadership, concierge and reception staff to the room attendants. It is a pleasure to relax in the Oasis Spa. I swam 1500 meters in a lane all to myself. October 11, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Holidays Like 1990 I am fairly disappointed with the whole concept,that I could not book any breakfast online, there was an extra 3000 Yen per day and Person to pay on arrival if needed, the bathroom facilities such as shower gel, shampoo came out of a dispenser . Our travel Bags arrived after 1 hour in our room, but only after we called Reception. Some other rich People climbing out of a Mercedes got the door to the Hotel opened by staff, sorry we came in the Bus :-( Fairly unhelpful in the circumstances in getting Information around the whole Complex. It seems only cashed up people got the Royal treatment. But let me tell you, I"ve stayed in Ginza, Nagayo , Kyoto and the Snow Fields in very High End Hotels and I will definitely recommend them... I just thought the Sheraton was such a good Hotel Group, but I must say it did not full fill my Hopes at all..Sorry to say, but I am very disappointed. March 12, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fabulous Family Hotel We had a most wonderful time staying at the Sheraton Tokyo Bay. The children loved the spacious and colorful room, the large bathroom, and the whimsical design of the floor. They loved the game center, especially when i had to do laundry (so convenient!) and also the games in the lobby as we checked into the hotel. The grounds were well kept, the staff were amazing, and the service was perfect! We loved the location to the Disney Sea Park. My son had lost the sunglasses on his Disney hat and the staff went out of their way to find it and send it to us. AMAZING! We had such a memorable 2 nights there that I recommend the hotel above all others to all friends and family who would like to visit the Maihama area. We just can't say enough about how the hotel met all our needs and exceeded our expectations. Our trip to Disney Sea was so memorable because of the hotel and the staff. Thank you very much. Rated 3 out of 5 by Good location to Disneyland and Disneysea For family who plans to go to Disneyland and or Disneysea, this hotel is very closed to the Disney monorail station (2 minutes walk). Rooms in this hotel is considerably spacious but a bit old. We had two ocean deluxe rooms but the air conditioning did not work well as the rooms were not cool. The staffs are friendly though, and they speak English well. July 9, 2014

There is a large staff at this hotel which I had many interactions with as part of registering and checking out, but also buying Disney park tickets, airport shuttle tickets, and eating at the restaurants. All of them spoke a little English and even with my total lack of Japanese, we managed to communicate well. All of them were kind and patient. September 15, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Ok Visit I did not have any issues with the stay at the hotel. However, the carpets need to be cleaned. I was very disappointed and disgusted getting off of the elevator to go to our room and the carpets were filthy. For this being a Sheraton I expected the standard to be better. I was also disappointed to realize upon arrival that the outdoor pool was closed. When I initially made our reservation I did not see anywhere on the site that the pool was going to be repaired. The pool was one of the reasons I chose this hotel and not one down the street. I looked at my confirmation when I received it to verify the dates. I never thought to check for pool closure. After looking at my confirmation upon arrival I did notice it stated the pool was going to be closed. We ate at the buffet one day and realized it was pricy for the quality of food. For the rest of our stay we chose to eat at the resorts and received better food for a lessor price. June 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Drink service When free alcohole chosen at Gran Cafe, they used to offer a bottle of wine at our table, but we need to go pour each glass now. It was more convenient before. I understand that it is to prevent that customer don't drink up the bottle, but it'd be nice if we could keep as long as we promise to drink up all. It was nice that they could offer suite room because the club rounge was full. April 15, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by My stay at Shertaon Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel My family enjoyed staying in this hotel because it was big and comfortable. My son was happy to receive the Penguin toiletries set. We loved the designs of the Penguin interior as it was very lovely. However, there was no FREE WiFi available in the room. This hotel was near the Bayside train station which was only 3 mins walking distance. It also provides Disney shuttle bus. December 22, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Could have been better... A few flaws with the experience made this stay not the most pleasant. Our request for non-feather pillows in the room was neglected even though it was specifically noted that the guest is allergic. The replacement pillows were the most uncomfortable ones ever and spoilt our sleep for the 4 nights that we were there. Staff in General lacked attentiveness. No one offered to help us with our bags even though we were clearly struggling. Level of spoken English by the staff could be better too, especially for front line staff at the concierge. We felt disadvantaged by the language because we were probably losing out on a lot of information because we didn't understand Japanese.. For instance, there was a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the Disneyland station but no one bothered to inform us. We ended up spending more than $20 USD per person on the trains instead. I would probably not choose to return to this hotel and try the other hotels in the vicinity next time. July 5, 2014

He left however the chip wall was not fix...I ask him if he was going to fix it...he say no. The reception didn't even recognize my gold status when I check in...plus she was going to charge me for the Internet service even though it free for gold card member. I was really disappointed . Broad choice of foods at the main dining In front of monorail station, 5 minutes walk-in Most of staff are very friendly and efficient Negative; you cannot send your luggage to Narita airport by TAKUHAI (Very strange) Foods and wine list are mediocre in spite of a good price. The staff service was impeccable from the front desk to concierge to housekeeping to club lounge. Also, the cleanliness in the hotel vicinity, in the guest room is worth complimenting. Sheraton Grande has given me the perfect experience, right from the online bookings (very user friendly website) to my arrival (where luggages were well taken care off and counter staffs are all very friendly and approachable). Rated 5 out of 5 by You wont be dissapoint but We love the hotel and this was our third time to stay at Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay. We found to check in at the Maihama station desk was easier than at the hotel front desk since it was not crowded and credit card was accepted to purchase multi-days passports that helps for overseas tourist who did not carry around so much cash in different currencies. We were also offerred upgrade for the first time to the club floor on the 11th with some surcharge but I am not sure if it was worth it. It was great but the breakfast buffet selection was not as good as cafe downstais. Less crowded, yes it was true, as we were explained to but the only minor problems that I would say if I have to are that there was not much food selection on the 12th floor and there was a slight complication to use the free WIFI. Except that, staff was always excellent in manner, room is great, kids love the swimming pool, mini golf and game centre, and of course, we love the perfect bed always. May 28, 2014

In addition, no staff for Starwood gold and platinum members even though they have a special counter. I did not feel no benefits for Starwood members at first. Perhaps, here is different from other Sheraton hotels. For, customers who are not members are occupied. October 18, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Family fun This hotel is good for families, if its just a couple I would not use this hotel again. The food was ok to bad at the buffet. You had to pay to use the pool and it closed at 5pm when the sun did not go down till 7pm, why? Not impressed with the hotel. July 18, 2014
